Sylvia had picked up the habit of twirling her sword around if she walked around with it. It didn't matter if there were people next to her, she just couldn't help it.
"I don't care if you do that, but we're in someone else's house, so could you try not to?" Ranboo asked, smiling awkwardly.
Sylvia sighed, putting it back in its sheath.
The two were walking to the training room, but Dream abruptly appeared, startling them both.
"Oh, hey, Ranboo."
"Hi, Dream." Ranboo replied, monotonous.
Dream glanced over to Sylvia, raising a brow. "You came by to see me?"
"Pfft, no." Sylvia laughed.
Dream made a face, and began to say something, but Technoblade slammed the room door open.
"You're late!" Technoblade called.
Ranboo sighed. "Come on, Sylvia."
"We'll talk later, 'k?" Sylvia said, patting Dream's shoulder as she passed.
"Aye, Techno!" She called.
Technoblade blocked Ranboo from entering the room with his arm. His eyes narrowed, looking at her sheath and then to Ranboo.
"What is this?"
Ranboo laughed nervously. "I was thinking after training, you would spar, maybe?"
Sylvia tried to read his blank face, but it was no use.
"No."
Technoblade glared at Ranboo, but let him through.
"Oh, come on, Techno. How long has it been since you've sparred against someone who knows what they're doing?" Sylvia pleaded.
"This morning."
Sylvia rolled her head to the side in annoyance.
"You wouldn't stand a chance, don't bother." Technoblade said as he began to close the door behind him.
She knew his games, he liked seeing people mad, especially to those thinking they could challenge him.
"So, you don't believe I'm capable?"
"You'll just frustrate yourself."
"And?"
"I know that you're proficient in swordsmanship, and I don't doubt you on your skills. But you stand no chance in winning."
