You are the one who I've been searching for
My other half
The piece of me that has always been missing
You are the breath that I take
And you fill the remainder of my heart
And my soul
My body aches for you
Like the pull of the tide in the ocean
Each day that we are apart
I die a little more inside
For now I know what it's like to be with you
To have someone who knows my thoughts before I think them
Who shares my fears
My anxiety
My shame
And my lust
I am broken and shattered but you can see the pieces put back together
Only you can return them to the way they are supposed to be
You construct the frame of my puzzle
So I wait for you
To have the courage to walk away from your own demons
and demon
I see you for who you really are
I do like you more than you like yourself
You are the light that shines in me
And on me
To make me whole
I am not an angel, but I am your angel
