I won't ever accept
that this was merely a fling
a tryst, as you called it once
though we never actually had oneThis was much deeper
entranced and immersed
bound together by barbed wire
each cut bleedsHow did I get here
filling my days with ardour
and unfulfilled longings
simultaneously
