Gryffindor: Picks something to difficult, often has to start over with something easier, loves to 'taste' during the baking process, makes great icing; never too sweet, want to try the ideas they see on pinterest and instagram, talks the whole time like they're on a baking show, usually ends up a bit messy; but that's just 'character'.
Ravenclaw: Worries about having read the recipe wrong, likes classic cakes over experimental flavours; but is not against a bit of party icing, likes using baking as a partnered activity to spend time with those they love, but it's still annoying when they're not decorating properly, has good tricks for getting very aesthetic cakes, gets surprisingly possessive about sharing once they're finished.
Hufflepuff: Likes to stick with one of their favourite recipes, finds the whole experience very therapeutic, gets high off of the smell of cakes in the oven, loves a good chocolate cake, has surprisingly good self control when it comes to icing, ends up with an adorable creation every time, wants to share and show their creations but wants to reward themselves that little bit more.
Slytherin: WILL make the perfect galaxy glazed cake they show online; even if it's the last thing they do, "Man baking is just so relaxing." Then spends the whole time cursing, fantasies about how they'd do on the great british bake off, their eye for detail comes in handy when decorating, resulting in some pretty icing work.
