Part 23: Incomplete

Accelerator's POV

After our exam finally ended upon Gang Orca's defeat we were assembled in front of a stage an hour later.

Mera: Thanks for your hard work everyone, we will announce those who we deemed suitable for a provisional license but first let me explain how you were scored. The members of H.U.C and the hero commission decided on how many points to deduct based on your mistakes. There was a limit set on how many points could be lost before disqualification. Basically you were scored on how many mistakes you made. Also those who did not make it can choose to take it next year or go through extra classes on how to be a hero. The names of those who passed are listed in syllabary order. Now I can finally get some sleep.

Accelerator: Way to kill the mood.

I searched through the list for about five seconds before I saw my name on the list.

Accelerator: Oh, I passed.

I turned to the others, some of whom were honestly surprised that anyone deemed me worthy of the title hero.

Accelerator: Oh come on, it's not that surprising.

I turned toward Misaki and Misaka who were searching their names while constantly repeating themselves.

Misaka/Misaki: Mi, mi, mi, mi, mi.....

Until they finally found their names at which point they high-fived each other in excitement.
I turned towards the others who were also celebrating their success. That was until they asked Bakugo why he was staring at the board with a blank expression.

Kaminari: Hey Bakugo! Why do you look so down?

Bakugo: It's...not there....

The others tried to control their laughter, while some looked shocked but that shock quickly turned into understanding.

Sero: What was that? Mind speaking up?

Bakugo: It's not there ok! They probably made a mistake!

Kaminari: I think it's the other way around!

Bakugo: You want a piece of me you portable phone charger!

I noticed Todoroki was down, while trying to ignore Bakugo trying to blow Kaminari up. He probably didn't make it, because of his mistake.

(2 hours later)

It took them a good amount of time to hand over the licenses and the results. I got a decent score, though if I had beaten the shit out of Orca earlier then I probably would have gotten better. Right now we were taking the bus back to UA.

Aizawa: You have something to say?

Accelerator: No.

Aizawa: Really? Your actions in the first test hospitalized over a hundred students, on top of that the state you put Orca in is no laughing matter.

Accelerator: I don't even remember doing that during the first exam, though I recall everything during the second.

Aizawa: So you mean you lost control, this time without the wings. *Sigh* Well I'm not going to lecture you over that, I'm sure you already know what I'm going to say but be more careful from now on.

Accelerator: Ok. (Still, what was that?)

All Might POV

AOF: Ah, if it isn't All Might. To what do I owe the pleasure.

I was at a meeting with AOF in the lowest level of Tartarus, to question him.

All Might: You seem talkative, will you be willing to answer me though.
