Part 10 Dejected Hero

Shokuhou's POV

After we got back to class, which was about to start we sat down in our seats which were pretty much next to each other and waited for Accelerator. We were curious as to why he was called by the second years first ranked, we expected it to be a challenge but it could have anything else as well, although the former seemed to be the case in his current predicament.

Misaka: Where is he? Hes gonna be late.

Shokuhou: i think he'll be back soon, that aside, when are you going to tell us how exactly you were involved in his past.

Misaka: I already told you i wont tell you anything, unless he says its okay. And im sure he wont.

All of a sudden a big grin grew on her face and i was confused since when i looked around there wasnt anything funny.

Shokuhou: What?

Misaka: Oh you know just wondering why you want to know about him.

Shokuhou: Why wouldnt i want to know more about my friend.

Misaka: Are you sure hes just your 'friend', isnt he someone you want to be with?

This caught me off guard and i could feel myself getting warmer as thoughts of being with him alone came into my mind.

Misaka: You just thought about it didnt you?

Kuroko: Could it be that you have a crush on him, of all people him?

I didnt need a mirror to know that i was as red as a tomato.

Shokuhou: W-what? I-i dont know w-what your talking about, i was just thinking about...sweets, yes sweets, yeah.

Misaka/Kuroko: You mean sweetheart.

I could tell i was even redder and they started laughing.

Accelerator: What are you three laughing about? From what i know this is supposed to be your least favorite subject, so that cant be it unless you were making fun of Ectoplasm.

He turned to me and touched my forehead.

Accelerator: Why are you so red? You dont seem to be having a fever.

At that moment i could feel my heart racing faster and faster as i tried to look like nothing happened but was failing miserably. I decided to try to change the subject.

Shokuhou: Um, uh, so what did the second year want from you, hehe.

Accelerator: He just wanted to talk about something you dont need to know about. Now answer my questtion.

I thought i was going to faint and thought i was steaming but then the door opened and Ectoplasm came in and Accelerator went to his seat.

Shokuhou: (saved by a hero who teaches math, how unexpected)

(the next day)

Accelerator's POV

Today we were supposed to go to our internships with the 'pro' heroes and stay with them for a week, so at the moment i was standing with Kakine and Bakugo whille facing the number 4 hero, Best Jeanist.

Author's note: For convenience lets call him BJ.

BJ: Do you know why i selected you three out of all those students?

Bakugo: Because you saw how powerful we are.

Kakine: Since hes asking, thats probably not the case.

BJ: Correct, you three show behavior unfitting for a hero, and i am going to correct that-

He approached Bakugo and made him sit down and combed his hair into something neat looking. Me and Kakine held in our laughs.
