Part 26: A Certain Day Out

Accelerator's POV

I was currently sitting on the couch, exhausted. Everyone was curiously looking at me, wondering what happened that made me so tired and annoyed.

Bakugo: What's gotten you so down in the dumps?

Accelerator: Nighteye.

They all seemed confused trying to figure out what I meant, until they realized I was talking about the pro hero Nighteye.

Mina: Wait, you mean the pro hero Sir Nighteye?!

Ochako: Wasn't he All Might's former sidekick?

Yaoyarozu: What exactly happened between you and him that got you this exhausted?

Misaka: It's hard to imagine that he gave you a hard time with anything.

Accelerator: One at a time, I'm too annoyed to answer every question.

Kuroko: Then just tell us the story.

Accelerator: It's not that interesting.

Kaminari: What's wrong? Did something embarrassing happen that you don't want to talk about?

Accelerator: I'm starting to think you have a death wish, you oversized portable charger.

He backed away while laughing nervously.

Accelerator: All Might and that guy, Mirio told me to go work for him, under the assumption that I could gain some experience. I only agreed because I wanted to be able to use that pointless license and the opportunity just happened to come to me. So today I went to go get myself accepted there.

Tsuyu: From how Nighteye acts on news it's safe to say you both are similar when it comes to being cold. 

Accelerator: You'd be wrong to think that.

Jiro: How so?

Accelerator: Well for starters before we entered Mirio told me to make him laugh if I wanted in. I thought he was joking but disappointment was all I was met with. The guy had strapped a girl in a questionable outfit to some kind of tickling torture thing and just watched her as she begged for him to let her go 

The girls and some boys already had a look of disgust on their faces.

Accelerator: After that we had an argument and I was turned down.

Misaki: Wait, so you didn't get into the work study? Then why are you so exhausted?

Bakugo: It's hard to imagine you got like this because of a little rejection.

Accelerator: I was getting to that. After I got turned down, I noticed his 'office' was filled with All Might merchandise, leading me to believe that he has 2 fetishes, a tickling and All Might fetish. So I blackmailed him into letting me in or else I would tell All Might about it.

Sato: For some reason I'm not surprised.

Sero: Right?

Ojiro: It was within expectations.

Misaki: Typical Accelerator.

Misaka: Leave it to you to blackmail a pro. Aren't you breaking your agreement by telling us?

I grinned at this statement.

Accelerator: Never said I wouldn't tell anyone else.

Kuroko: How like you.
