[JOJO, GoldenWind] Melone x Reader

You were reading a book in your room, when your stomach rumbled. You closed your book and walked down stairs. You looked in the fridge and got a wonderful idea. You ran over, grabbed your car keys, and started walking out.

"Where are you going?" You heard Risotto say from the couch.

"I'm going to get ice cream. See ya."

Before he could say anything you ran out to your car. You start up the car and drive off. While you were waiting at a red light, you looked out your window to see a familiar car in the next lane. You brushed it off and continued driving. Once the light turned green you drove off again but noticed the car was following you. You glared at the car from your mirror and stepped on the gas. Eventually you got to the ice cream shop, with no sign of the car from earlier. So you got out, ordered a cone, and went back to your car to eat. You sat in the driver's seat and ate until hands went over your eyes. You screamed, bit the hands, and launched back from the seat.

"Ow my hands!"

Once the voice spoke you knew who it was.

"MELONE! How long have you been in the car!"

"I got in when you ordered. Did you not notice me following you?"

You mentally face palmed then looked down at the ice cream. It was all over your chest. It was a waste of money and ice cream. You saw Melone get out from underneath the seat.

"So-" Melone scooped the melted ice cream from your shirt and licked it off his finger. "-You're going to need a changed of a shirt"

"I can get it from the house, since you ruined my ice cream." you rolled your eyes and sat back down.

"I ruined your ice cream, so Ill get you another one and buy you a shirt." He stated and started getting out the car.

You grabbed the back of his shirt and pulled him back. "I know what you're doing, Melone"

He hummed. You let go of his shirt, causing him to fall back.

"Get out my car, before I kick you out."

Suddenly your phone starts ringing. You pick up the phone.

"(Y/n) you have a mission to be on. Get over here and get the info on it." You heard Risotto say
"Got it"

You end the call and look back at Melone. He had left the car. You start up the car once again and drive to get this mission done.

(Look at this time skip)

You shuffle inside, holding your arm tight. Everyone that was home seemed to be asleep, so you took your hand away from your arm. Your arm had a gash deep enough, the bone was slightly visible. You fall onto the couch and was on the edge of passing out when you heard foots steps then a gasp.

"(Y/n)" 

You looked up to see a blur of purple. The last person you wanted to deal with right now was Melone.

"Ill go get the first aid kit..." He said before walking off.

Once he came back, he sat you up and took a closer look at your wound.

"While I do this, want to tell me what happened?"

"The.....The target was expecting me to come, so they had everything prepared. But I still succeeded."

Melone hummed as a response. He looked very focused. But you wondered why he was doing this. Was it because he didn't want to deal with another teammate dying or because he wanted to pay you back for ruining your ice cream or was it possible he cared about you. You were lost in thought, so you didn't notice him stitching your arm.

"Done, but you shouldn't go on anymore missions till it heals. The stitching could break and you could start bleeding again." He spoke

"Thanks Melone, but why are you helping me?"

He got close to your face and smiled. 

"Will this answer" He leaned in closer and kissed you.

Ew cheesy anyways I GOT MY LAPTOP WORKING AGAIN 💖Now Ill be able to make more oneshots and get them out faster. Oh and a big thanks to my friend for helping me with this one, idk if they will ever find this and read it but who knows. Anyways drink some water and enjoy the rest of your time alive.
