Rivalry 05: Anger.
Kameron's POV
"How is Klint?" I ask Blaise who is sitting. I sat across from him and drank a drink from the table. Cyrein and Morgan were at the counter paying for our order.
"He's okay. I don't know." He answered without emotion.
"He's different lately." I said.
"I noticed too. By the way, did you pass the try out again? Nice." He greeted at the same time as the noise of the surroundings because the two women had already joined to us.
"Well, I'm the player here since day one, now that I'm a senior? St. Maximus will never let me go. I can be one of the reasons for the development of this school, so they will never let me go . I'm the prince here." I brag. We watched Morgan grin.
I look at her with a demon eyes but she still doesn't stop grinning. Umirap ito at saka umiling. "What's your problem?" Naiinis kong tanong.
"Nothing." Iling niya saka lumagok ng inumin sa table.
"Ang lakas daw kase ng hangin kaya napasukan na ang utak niya." Mungkahi ni Cyrein na ikinatawa nila, maliban sa akin.
Pagkatapos nilang tumawa ay napasilay kami kay Morgan na tumayo at pumuwesto sa harapan ko. "Praise to the prince of St. Maximus." Aniya ay yumuko sa aking harapan.
"Tss. What on earth." I smirk.
Kita ko sa gilid ng mata ko ang pagtingin ng ibang tao dito sa canteen. Nagkaroon na rin ng mga usap-usapan dahil siguro sa inakto ni Morgan. She sat down quickly because maybe out of embarrassment.
"Don't worry Morgan. If he's the prince, you're the princess." Sabi ni Blaise na nagpasamid sa kanya. Umiling na lang ako habang si Cyrein ay tawa nang tawa.
"Yak! I'd rather to be a guard here than to be a partner of that kind of shit." Maarteng sambit ni Morgan. Tumingin ito nang deretso sa akin. I rolled my eyes. I took a sip on the drinking juice then I look at her seriously.
"And what makes you think that I want you too? Madaming nakapila sa akin kaya pumila ka!"
A moment of silence.
A moment of laughing.
"Problema niyo?" Pagtataka ko dahil sa biglaang pagbabago ng emosyon nila. They're laughing.
"Madami palang nakapila sa'yo bakit hindi ka pumili ng iyong magiging girlfriend?" Tanong ni Cyrein saka kumagat sa tinapay na hawak niya.
"Tss. I'm too hot to be their boyfriend." My answer. I was shocked at what Blaise did.
He raised both his hands then shook his head. "And what's your problem too?" I rolled my eyes. I sighed and leaned back.
"You're literally won. A real prince. You're presence was a masterpiece. I quit." He sighed. Ngumiwi ako and crossed my arms at the same time.
"So, this coming sportfest will you join the SUM basketball team again?" Morgan next to me asked. I nodded three times.
"I hope there is a girls division for me to join." Aniya.
