"What's this?" I ask Usui as she enters my office and places a paper on my desk.
"I want to increase my frame rate." She tells me. "Did you get permission from the higher ups?" "Yes, Ma'am." She says. I look at the paper and read it swiftly.
"Alright, you know the precautions of increasing your frame rate, even Amano isn't increasing it." "That's because he always gets declined." She says.
"Fair enough." I said as I signed it. "Give this to the head medical advisor." I handed her.
"Thank you, Sensei." She bows.
"Bit of a cold spot, I guess." I mumbled.

"Usui's increasing her frame rate?" Hide asks me. "Yeah, she wants to get stronger, probably, I don't blame her personally, I can sort of relate." I said.
"Reminds me of Kaneki a bit, he always wants to be strong, always has been." Hide smirks. "Special Associate Officer!" Mabuchi comes in the room. "The Director wants to talk to you!" He shouts to me.
"See ya." I waves to Hide. "What now?" I groaned.
"He just wants to talk about a plan with other Special Peace Officers." He tells me.
"Guess that's a piece of entertainment." I sighed.

"Woah, hi Urie!" I waved. I sat by him as he sighs.
"Jeez you're always so energetic." He groans. "Come on, Nakarai, you know that you should've gotten us snacks." Suzuya says.
"Alright, alright." Uncle Itsuki comes in with Vice-Director Houji.
"We are talking about your squads and upcoming missions." Houji states. "Peace Officer Washuu, want to start?" He asks me. If you're confused, yes. I did start using the Washuu name. My uncle was supportive, and wanted me to express myself, so I changed my last name to Washuu. It feels a little awkward though.

"So far, my squad team members have improved making peace in this ward, however, we had an impressive breakthrough." I said. "Our informant, Etsu Usui, Rank 3rd, outed herself as a Quinx, although we suspected her being human since her grandparents took her out of the Project from what me and Nagachika believed." I said.
"So, Yukio Amano and Usui could've been in Quinx Squad?" Urie asks.
"Possibly, although I wanted to make my squad diverse in species." I said. "We believe my group can take down the higher ups in Oslo, if we and Quinx Squad are grouped together."

"Also, I like to acknowledge my lack of attendance a few months ago, although I have now rejoined the TSC, I'm ashamed at my absence and would like to improve." I said before I sat down.
"Peace Officer Washuu, I would also like to answer questions about the performance of your squad members, as a mentor, who do you think will become the most successful and most promising for the TSC?'Houji asks me. "Honestly, with such talent coming from Naito and Toyama, they had that success from just being themselves their whole life, however, I believe Kaito Arita and Etsu Usui are the most successful members, I can't forget to acknowledge Yukio Amano as a future leader of the Quinx Squad, he just needs to be more focused." I said.
"Putting much pride in your members sure is valuable." Urie responds. "You lack order, that's why your team members always lash out, which will ruin their cooperation." He says.
"I understand that, Urie, however, I can't relate to the pain that they have endured in their life, especially Naito and Arita." I tell him. "That's why in this next operation, I'm working closely to increase the relation and cooperation with my team members." I tell them.
"Well work." Uncle Itsuki tells me.
"Suzuya, what about you?" He asks him.

"Rei." Urie comes up to me.
"I know I'm a pain, but, I really needed the teaching in the meeting." I said.
"I'm glad we will work together in the future, tell Amano and Usui that they can stop by sometime." He shrugs and smirks.
"Never seen you smile." I laughed.
"I'm not." He says. I turned around and heading to my office.

"YO, SENSEI!" Naito whistles to me.
"I just got back from a meeting, what are you doing, thought you be in the 6th ward today." I asked her.
"I was, I just got back." She relaxes her arms behind her head.
"So, about Usui, she just texted me saying she is increasing her frame rate." She asks me.
"I'm willing to help my squad members, however, increasing your frame rate is dangerous." I rub my chin.
"Yeah, even the scrawny little shit isn't increasing his."
"Because he is taking precautions." I said. "Nothing wrong with that."
