"How long has Kishimoto been in that room for?" Hide asked me as I watched from afar.
"About an hour, he seemed a bit off with him, from that day when Kei captured us, that boy was very excited to see Jirou." I answered back.
"Sensei." Arita came by me. "I might get in trouble for this but, Satoru is his brother." She revealed to me. My eyes widened, and I folded my arms.
"I see." I replied.
"Huh?" Hide says surprised. "And he never told us?"
"Yeah, I found out during the mission, and then I lost control when we took him down." She touches her hand. "I had to be taken down by Jirou, himself." She says.
"Why would Jirou hide this from us?" Hide asked.
"I'll get to the bottom of this." I told them. "You two go back to the squad."I instructed them. Oh, Jirou, I wish I got to talk to you more, but my hands were always full. I remember speaking to you that day, asking you to join my squad. You were full of joy and emotion, something that I've never seen before. You're like a son to me, Jirou. Everyone in this squad is like my own children.

"You were in that room an awful lot of time." I said to Jirou as he finally left. "Everything okay?"
"Sorry, Sensei." He apologized. "He was hard to get information out of."
"I understand, anything else you want to tell me?" I asked him. "Kaito told me about Satoru a bit more."
"What did she tell you?" He got weird. "I don't know this guy at all, I swear, it's just he looked familiar to me."
"Jirou." I got stern. "I know that he's your brother." I told him, his face dropped and he puts his head in his hands. "Why did you hide this from me?"
"We really got close again when we were in Oslo, he really thought that I would join him again, he even began to tolerate Naito." He says. "He told me that the past should be forgotten, and that he was surprised I was still alive after all this time."
"He was still a member of Oslo." I said to him. "He is our enemy." I assured him. "Our enemy is Oslo, and he is apart of it."
"He is my brother!" He raised his voice. "How the hell am I supposed to differentiate the sides we're on, he wanted to leave finally and reunite with me, and look at us now, together!"
"Jirou.." I said to him.
"What, Haruki can join the TSC, despite being a former member of Oslo himself, but Satoru can't?" He asked me.
"It's very different-"
"Sensei, I'm sorry, but I can't bring myself to do this any more." He told me as he walked away. "You shouldn't be such a hypocrite in a situation like this!"
"Jirou!" I called out for him.
"Give him some time, Sensei." Kaito came up to me. "He's been through a lot in the last few hours."
"I understand." I sat back down. "My emotions have just been in the gutter, lately."
"Jirou helped me control myself during the mission." Kaito tells me. "I was losing control again because of my kagune, want to know what he did?" She asked me. "He put his fingers in my mouth and told me to eat them, so I did." She held her hand out. "I don't know why people have to be so considerate, some people do it for recklessness, but to me, it was an act of selflessness."
"Go with the others, Arita, I need to talk to that boy." I commanded her, as she nods and walks away. I leaned against the wall, as I felt my leg start to tingle, and become slightly numb. I don't know what the hell that was, but I slowly drag my body, grabbing ahold of the wall to guide myself to the room where he is being held.

"Hello, Satoru Nobuyuki." I opened the door to the interrogation room, to him looking up.
"Oh great, it's the Washuu child."he sighed. "Look, when can I leave, I need to get out of here."
"Unfortunately as of right now, you're not going anywhere." I replied. "You're under heavy surveillance by the TSC, no way in hell you are being released, especially since you're a member of Oslo and one of the higher ups." Looking at him, he has the same eyes at Satoru, those golden eyes of his. This situation makes me so complex, I don't know what to think of it.
"I haven't seen my brother in six years until we captured you three years ago." He says to me. "I wanted to become stronger, I wasn't born a ghoul, I hope you know."
"Yes, Jirou has talked about that before." I started to write down some notes. "I wasn't as well, however I have more unfortunate circumstances with that as well."
"The whole half human thing?" He asked me. "Yeah, Kinuko talked about that."
"You've talked to Kinuko?" I raise my head.
"Well we're not close, it's more of a business way." He answered. "The only person that's really close with her is Yutaka Ryuu, he's the oldest of the higher ups, only a few years younger than her."
"I met the guy at the mission. He's a very interesting guy." I said. "He got really mad at Koemi and seems to be a guy who doesn't fight."
"It's more of a last resort thing for him." He says. "Anyway, can I at least be free from these chains, I'm just a kid."
"I don't really trust you yet, besides, who knows if you escape." I get up. "If you really want to leave Oslo, talk to your brother again or me, because if not, then we have something on our hands." I told him as I left the room. This kid has serious issues.

"Sensei!" Usui runs up to me in the hallway.
"Oh, hey, Usui." I waved to her. "What's up?"
"I just wanted to catch up with you, that's all, I finally got a break, I have been up for two days."
"Two days, are you overworking yourself again?" I asked her.
"No, no, it's just I have a hard time sleeping, like usual." She wipes her eyes. "I like being apart of the United Front, I really do." She smirks.
"I'm very proud of you, girl." I smiled. "Also, I've been meaning to ask someone this."
"What is it, Sensei?"
"Am I a hypocrite?" I asked her.
"Huh?!" She's surprised. "How?!"
"This whole Satoru thing, it's been really making me think about how we got Haruki into the TSC." We stopped walking. "Should I really give Jirou a chance, should we get Satoru into the TSC.?"
"Sensei, in my best opinion," she says. "I think it is a little hypocritical, but to be honest, he's hurt us in the past, Haruki was abused by her."
"You're right." I replied. "When I was gone for that period of time three years ago, it really made me think. Seeing those young kids in Oslo, they're confused, they've grown up on hate, murder, violence, that's all they've known. I want to change that."
"I think you should talk to Jirou about that, Sensei." Usui said to me. "It's a conversation the both of you should have." She takes off her glasses.
"You're right."

"Jirou, mind coming into my office?" I asked him when we went home.
"Yeah, talk to you later, Naito!" He says to her as he runs into my office.
"It's about Satoru." I said to him. "I wanted to apologize."
"Oh, it's fine, I kind of was in the wrong for it."
"No, it was actually me who was in the wrong, it's taken me a bit to realize how hypocritical I was about this, how we let Haruki into the TSC with open arms and we can't do the same for Satoru." I explained to him. "Do you think he would join us?"
"Actually, since I talked to him today, I got a plan." He smirked.

"Freedom!" Satoru shouted as we stepped outside of the car. "Nothing better than a night in Tokyo!"
"Just shut up, we're expecting them shortly." I said to him.
"Jirou, are you sure this will work?" Arita asked him.
"Yes, of course." He assured her.
A car pulled up and out comes Yutaka Ryuu and Erik Kioshi.
"Satoru, you finally got out?" Yutaka leans on the car. "I'm shocked that they didn't cut you up and experimented on you."
"Yeah, yeah, I managed to make an offer with them to not do that." He sighed as Jirou uncuffed him.
"Let's go, we have to work on something." Kioshi signals him to get into the car.
"I'm sorry, but that's not going to be happening here tonight." Satoru says with the biggest grin I've ever seen. "I've had it with being some right hand man for you guys, I think it's time I go my own way this time, you think?" He says as Yutaka sighs.
"Whatever." Yutaka says.
"What the heck?" Kioshi asks surprised. "You're leaving?!"
"Bye, boys, I'm officially your enemy, you all can rightfully fuck off!" He shouts as he releases his kagune and shoots it at them.
"We did not tell him to do this!" Arita shouts at me as we ducked behind the car.
"I think this is a battle for him to be apart of, it's not our business!" Jirou says as Satoru shoots projectiles at Kioshi and Yutaka.
