|Chapter 194 : Mirror Messages|

Walking down the boys dorm steps I banged their dorm door open to watch Draco and Blaise whip around to look at me as I looked straight at him and he turned to Blaise for help

"What's up with you?"

"... what do you mean?"

"You have been nice and helpful and considerate all day- all week- all month- the last few months!. What's your game? What are you playing at?"

"Well, I'll let you handle thi-"

"Blaise Zabini you sit back down right now-"

"Okay-"

"-you have something to do with this" I told him with a pointed look, my arms crossed over my chest as he glanced away and I continued to stare at him intently as he mumbled quietly

"I don't want to answer"

"And why's that?"

"... you scare me"

"... that's not an answer"

"No, but it is an explanation" he told me in a small voice as my look softened and I let out a light laugh, their looks dropping as I instantly stopped, my face becoming blank as I went back to staring between the two as they glanced at each other

"I want my answer"

"To what?"

"To what you're up to! Why are you acting all nice all of a sudden?! Not only last year you were attacking me physically and emotionally at every chance you got!"

"They were mistakes-"

"Then why do it? Is that why your attitude has changed?"

"I- um- maybe? I don't.... I don't know"

"How can you not?-"

"Amelia!" Blaise said loudly as I stared at him while he looked at me with a grin on his face

"Yes?"

"Why did you come through?"

"I actually need to use your shower, Pansy has burst the pipes or something" I shrugged as I looked between them as they both shrugged, a slightly amused look on their faces as Blaise nodded towards the door

"On you go, you can take a towel from in there"

"Are you sure?"

"Positive"

"Well thank you, please don't barge in while I'm in there" I said to them laughing as I instantly disappeared in, barely acknowledging their laughter as I shut the door behind me, getting into the shower awhile later. Turning the water off I flipped my hair over my shoulder with a laugh as I wrapped my towel around me tighter before stepping out and onto the charmed mat, my feet growing warm as I looked to the mirror, stopping as I fell quiet, staring at the way 'murderer' was so crudely written in capital letters as I ignored the knocks on the door

"Amelia? Can I come in?"

"Lia? You did turn the water off, right?"

"Well can you hear it?"

"No-"

"Then you have your answer Zabini. Amelia? One of us are going to end up coming in if you don't answer" Draco said from the other side of the door as I ignored him, still staring blankly at the steamed up mirror as the door opened a couple of moments later, everything still and quiet as Blaise appeared in front of me

"Why is she-?"

"Lia? Are you alright?"

"Who done it?"

"Done what?"

"That"

"Turn around Zabini" Turning around he looked at the mirror before turning back

"Neither of us done that, Lia"

"We didn't even come in here"

"Nobody did-"

"Except you"

"It wasn't me though-"

"Obviously it wasn't you Amelia. But no one else came in here"

"But who done it?"

"Neither of us came in, you were showering so we obviously didn't. But nobody was in here Lia" Blaise told me quietly as I stared at the mirror, my wand flying into my hand as I flicked it, both me and my hair drying as I stood there in my jeans and hoodie

"Nobody but you"

"Who was-?"

"No one. You were the only one"

"But someone must have of-"

"Amelia. You were the only one in here- Lia?" Moving past Draco I stuffed the towel into their hamper before instantly leaving, drawing the cuffs of my sleeves over my hands as I walked through the common room, scanning warily before leaving quickly. Making my way up a staircase I picked up my pace as I followed Cedric down a hall, catching up with him after rounding a corner as I hugged him from behind as he stopped in his tracks

"What's this all about?" He asked laughing before turning around as I gripped at the back of his jumper tightly with a mumble as he wrapped his arm around me as he ran his fingers through my hair with the other as I mumbled to him

"What's happened?"

"Someone wrote murderer on the mirror"

"What? Who?"

"I don't know-"

"That's not all, is it? Something else is bothering you"

"They were in the bathroom while I was showering" I told him quietly, having paused as he stopped his hand

"And I don't know who it was"

"Was it not any one from the dorm?"

"I used the shower in the guys' dorm. It was only Draco and Blaise in there and they both said they didn't go in and it was only me in there and now I don't know what to do and I'm getting paranoid"
