I yawned as I rubbed my eyes. Last night was quite a night. But all I remember is me and Lexi going to the Cinema, then me and Lexi going for a meal, then us hanging out at my place.

I look at my calendar to see if anything is scheduled for today, and in fact there is. Me and Jemma are meant to go and play tennis tonight.

Jemma...

Wasn't it prom night yesterday?

Great, it was Me and Jemma's big day and all I remember is what me and Lexi did.

I sighed as I grabbed my phone of the charging deck.

I click the notifications, only to see a selfie of me and Lexi hanging out at my place. I have to admit, I look pretty good.

I look at the comment and smile again.

Me and Aaron had a phenomenal night last night! We had a wonderful meal and a delightful hangout! And it was all thanks to Aaron! @JemmaNewman @AaronWright

I wondered why Jemma was tagged, probably with good intentions as Lexi seems like a really nice girl.

I sighed, stretching my arms and reaching for my phone. It's part of my wake up routine.

I clicked the first notification and was shocked.

Does that mean they were hanging out without me, on purpose?

I scrolled around Lexi's profile and stopped when I saw a selfie of her and Aaron.

I clicked the second notification and was shocked again, what was this?

Me and Lexi had a great time last night! Really looking forward to our game of tennis later on. You missed out @JemmaNewman

I'm so confused, am I still going to tennis with them or have I been replaced? I don't feel like doing anything.

I throw my phone across my bed and sigh, last night was prom and apparently Aaron didn't have a great time with me.

Maybe we shouldn't do this, maybe Lexi is better for Aaron I mean, she certainly makes him happy.

I sigh again with frustration, I need to talk to my mum about this.

I saw Aaron's invite for tennis and simply couldn't resist!

My plan is coming along perfectly!

I walk in to my closet and select the perfect outfit.

I called up Jemma but it went to answer phone, I called again and I received the same response. I don't think she's going to tennis.

I called up Lexi instead and I got an instant responce.

"Hey Aaron, are we still up for tennis?"

"Yeah, I don't think Jemma's coming. I'm coming now to pick you up, okay?"

"Sure! See you then."

I hang up and grab my tennis bag.

I sniff as mum takes my temperature.

"Oh, Jemma! This is making you really ill, I'm positive your coming down with something. Stay right there and I'll go get you some chicken soup."

I nod and sniff again. I grab tons of blankets and lie down on the couch, switching through all the channels.

Mum then appears in front of me and hands me some chicken soup, I thank her and start sipping appreciatively however I'm not in the best health or mood and I can't enjoy my soup.

"Just be strong Jemma, you've got nothing to worry about."

I parked the car and honked. I instantly saw Lexi running to my car.

She was wearing her hair in a high pony, her golden locks bouncing behind her, with a tennis cap, short sleeved top and shorts.

I waved at her and she hopped in the car.

"Prepare to be beaten. Mr Wright." Lexi says, smiling. I smile back.

"Oh, preparation won't be neccessary!" I joke as I start the car and we drive of to the tennis courts.
