But overall, we see E and V be skeptical of not only bloom but of the hospital itself...is it all an illusion? something to cover up something greater? That was one of the first things I said about Edenbrook on my first day nearly two years ago.

The hospital I had been dreaming about doing my residency in since...I don't know, since I was 16?
And as I stand at the front of its domineering facade, I smile to myself as if I'm seeing it again for the first time...
"Welcome back Valerie" I whispered to myself.
"God its never looked so damn good!" Bryce clasped his hands together and rubbed them with a grin.
"Oh God Bryce you're not going to be one of these people who fall in love with an inanimate object are you?" Jackie sighed
"I have one love. my scalpel."
"Hey!" Kyra swatted his arm
"Okay , okay two." he chuckled as he wrapped his arm around her.
"What do you think is different? I mean, he got so much done in like, 2 months!" Elijah's eyes widened
"Oh I'm thinking he's made it into an alien spacecraft. I imagine all tech investors to be from another planet." I smiled as I folded my arms
Sienna laughed and said "He's not that bad! he did save us after all."
"I'm a skeptic. V the skeptic. What can I say, he's full of surprises?" I laughed
"And another surprise to top you off."
We all turned around upon hearing a voice and, and jogging over -
"Raf!"
We all went over and enveloped him in a hug as he chuckled "Missed me?"
"Dude of course. Hows things been with your grandma?" Bryce asked we parted.
"Good. Its been nice taking time away to spend time with her. But more than anything it will be nice to be earning money again. as a physical therapist here."
I smiled and said "Glad to have you back superman. Inspired huh?"
"Yes. definitely. Most of my EMT course covered things so for the last two months I've just been doing the last things to be qualified."
