Thinking about this year, and this year alone Is enough to make one go possibly insane
And most of the insane events, happened to Valerie.
Of course other things happened to other people but a lot of the things directly affected her.

But out of everything that happened this year, I fell in love with her. 'Head over heels' I believe the saying is. And I've realized I never want to be without her ever again...
I heard the front door open from where I was lying in bed half-asleep, hugging my pillow When V called out "Doctor Ramsey?"
"Here." I murmured.
I heard her come inside, her keys coming to the bedside table as she...crawled on top of me.
I chuckled as she sighed, resting her head on the back of mine, and holding on to my form.
"Hey you. Everything okay?" I reached out behind me.
"Mmm tired..." She murmured.
We lay like that for a moment, before slowly I turned around and took her into my arms as I lay on my back.
"Good morning." I kissed her cheek.
"Mmm..." She wrapped her arms about my neck and I chuckled.
"Someone's really tired."
"I'm always really tired."
"You could have slept in longer..." I stroked her hair fondly
"I wanted to come and see you." And placed a kiss on my jaw.
"Well, I'm honored. But you look like you're fine sleeping all day."
"I bought coffee." She murmured as she gestured to the vague direction of the kitchen.
I moved her from me to my side and turned to hold her as I closed my eyes too "5 more minutes..."
I felt her smile against me and I held her just a little closer in my arms...
