By this time next week....
I'm going to have proposed to Valerie Valentine....
and I'll either be an engaged man, a single man, or just in a relationship
However as sienna has been reminding me for the last week, there is nothing to be worried about.
and yes, I know that V has said she would want to marry me-
but it wont stop me from being incredibly nervous to finally ask her.
I've waited nearly 4 months....and i still cant believe that it's about to happen.

my beautiful girl...is looking incredibly sad right now.
I leaned against the door frame to the diagnostics office that monday morning, where she was curled up on the couch with her medical journal as i said "good morning."
she looked up to me with a soft smile and said "good morning doctor ramsey..."
"...how are you feeling this morning?"
she placed her book down and said "....i still miss Baz....I know he's only down the hall, but...its been a week without him on cases, a week without his warm hugs..."
"...I might not be able to do baz hugs, but will an Ethan hug suffice?"
she nodded and stood up as i went over to her and pulled her close into my arms and kissed the top of her head "...i love baz hugs but ethan hugs are my favourite..." she murmured against me.
"glad to know. I missed my Valerie hugs last night." i smiled as i stroked her hair
"sorry about that, elijah and bryce get so excited when a new episode of 'Galactic Wars' airs and they refuse to let me miss out ..." she giggled softly
"does that mean i get your company this evening?" i looked down to her
she looked up to me with a better smile and said "its only right...."
I leaned down to kiss her lips when she said "what if someone comes in?"
