Nothing is more comfortable than this bed.
Okay well-
I dont think its the bed.
I think it happens to be the person I get to share this bed with that makes it so very comfortable.
And on this tuesday morning?
there is no need to rush, even with work this morning...
and that is the most calming thing.
I nestled my head against his chest, my eyes still closed as the morning light seeped into the room, and ethans arm about my form and holding me close...
"We really get to do this all week?" i smiled against him
"all week...which reminds me, i have to hold up my end of the bargain and help your friends on their rounds." he said as he stroked my hair, his morning voice deep and soothing
"My company is so vied after that theres a bargain to be held." i giggled
he chuckled lowly and said "yes it is. but its incredibly worth it. to have you here now...i couldnt take my eyes off you even if i tried...."
i looked up to him where he was watching me, our eyes meeting for the first time that morning...
"good. because i dont want you too."
he pulled me closer and kissed the top of my head as he said "well you might think otherwise in a moment."
"Oh?" i raised a brow as i drew circles with the tip of my nail upon his chest
"today is tuesday. which means one doctor lahela has been pestering me to find out if i still want 'company' at the gym."
i laughed and said "sounds like bryce. and you definetley like the company."
"mmm i like yours the most. but the option is yours, you can stay in and sleep...." he kissed my cheek
"meet me later. or you can come with us."
"well im not going to choose the prior, i would hate to be left on my own." i wrapped my arms about his torso
he laughed and said "thought so. but im sure we can spend a few more moments here..." he nestled back down fully, and i pulled the cover up a little more.. "sounds perfect to me."
