Chapter 2

"Well...."

"WHAT CORBYN??" I yelled.

"OKAY OKAY! I talked to my manager... And if mom says its okay... You can come live with me in L.A.!" He finally answered.

"WAIT REALLY?" I said jumping up, but then sitting back down realizing... I would be leaving behind my best friend Lindsey, my dance team, with the final competition right around the corner.

But at the same time, this is the only chance I may get.

"What's wrong Mads?" Corbyn asked, interrupting my thoughts.

"Bean... I really want to come with you... So bad, because I don't want you to leave without me... But what about the dance team..? What about Lindsey?"

"L.A has some really good dance teams. But... Yeah you'd be leaving Lindsey, but she can visit anytime!" He reassured.

"Really?"

"Yes Mads. Just pack start packing your things, we will buy you furniture for your room when we get there. We can ask mom tonight between her shifts." Corbyn smiled.

"Yay! I'll tell Lindsey!" I cheered.

Corbyn got up and walked out of the room.
Yes, this was a big decision, but I had to go.
If I don't go now, there would be a possibility that I wouldn't be able to at all. I face timed Lindsey.

"Hey gurl!!" Lindsey smiled into the screen.

"Guess what?" I smirked.

"What?" She laughed a little from me showing so much excitement.

"I'm moving to LA with Corb... But he said you could visit any time." I said.

"Aww good for you Mads. You can start a good career in LA. I'll miss you girlie. And I'll visit you during spring break."
I could see the pain in her eyes that I was leaving, but I could also see she was happy for me.

"I'll miss you too! Don't forget to come see me miss!" I giggled.

"I wouldn't miss that chance."

"okay, well I have to go pack... Bye Linds!"

I hung up and started packing my things, when corbyn yelled from the bottom of the stairs.

"Madelyn! Kody and I are going to take Instagram pictures before we leave! Wanna come?"

"Yeah! Coming!" I answered.

I ran downstairs and got into the car with Corbyn.
Kody was Corbyns friend from middle school, and they still hang out.
Kody was really close with me as well.

We met Kody at the park, and he was standing in front of the pond.
We took a bunch of pictures and posted a couple.

The only one I posted, was one of me piggybacking Corbyn.

Corbyn and I went back home and waited for mom to get home in between shifts.

We sat and watched movies for like four hours.
When mom finally got home, we asked her and it took plenty of convincing, but she finally said yes, as long as Corbyn looked out for me.
That wouldn't be an issue though because Corbyn was 18, and I was only 16, meaning he was the protective big brother. L.A, here come the Bessons.
