Chapter 18

When you all got home from the beach you were all exhausted. You walked into Daniel's room, not passing the door way, to tell him goodnight.
Daniel: "Wait mads...stay with me tonight... please?"
Mads: "babe you know I want to but what if Corbyn catches us?"
Daniel: "Forget him who cares?"
Mads: "Fineee"
You walk in, stealing his charger and plugging your phone in. He scoots back in his bed and you layed down in front of him. He put his arm around your waist, holding your hand.
You fell asleep like that until you started shivering. You were cold but you didn't want to wake up Daniel. Apparently you were moving a lot, because he woke up.
Daniel: "Are you okay babe?"
Mads: "Yeah just a little cold that's all."
Daniel slowly climbed out of bed and walked over to his closet, still half asleep. He grabbed a hoodie and walked over, laying it on your legs.
Mads: "Thanks Dani."
You put it on and he snuggled back up next to you.
Daniel: "Your welcome mads"
You both fell asleep once more until morning. Your alarm woke both of you up.
Daniel: "Mads turn it offff" he groaned.
Mads: "I am, but I actually have to get up."
Daniel: "Noooo your warm come back here."
Mads: "babe-"
Daniel: "Yes- do you have a problem-"
You giggled.
Mads: "I will get you apple juuuice...." you bribed.
Daniel: "Okay fine." He sat up and leaned against the wall at the head of his bed.
You climbed out of bed and went to take off his hoodie and put it back in his closet. When you hung it up you walked out and went to get dressed. You showered first then you put this on:

And straightened your hair. You did light makeup, and you have been using lip gloss a lot more lately so you put that on as well.
You walked back into Daniels room, and he was still in his closet looking for something to wear.
Mads: "Good lord since when does it take you longer to get ready then me?"
Daniel: "Because I did my hair first." He said from inside his closet.
Mads: "Ohhhh so you downed an entire bottle of hair gel."
Daniel peeked his head out smiling.
Daniel: "No...only half.. duh!" His head disappeared for a minute before coming out wearing the hoodie you slept in with black ripped jeans."
Mads: "Is that the one you gave me last night??" You giggled.
Daniel: "MaYbe... our jeans match." He smiled.
Mads: "Well you look cute either way." You glanced at him and smiled. You stood up and he grabbed your waist.
Daniel: "I look cute? Ive only pulled that off twice in my life and you pull it off everyday."
Mads: "If you didn't look cute more than twice would I really be dating you?"
Daniel: "I mean... people can date ugly people."
Mads: "NOOOOOO YOU ARE NoT uGLY" Your voice cracked.
Daniel just laughed at the voice crack you made.
Mads: "Don't act like you haven't done it in an arena full of fans... mine was only in front of you."
Daniel smiled and grabbed your hand dragging you down the stairs. He walked over to the coffee maker, letting go of your grasp.
Madelyn: "Since when do you drink coffee?"
Daniel: "Sometimes. But im making it for you not me."
Mads: "Babe do you even know how to make good coffee?"
Daniel: "YeEss?"
You laughed and walked over next to him and started showing him how to use the coffee maker.
Jonah: "Since when is "Babe" a thing?"
You jumped and looked behind you and giggled.
Mads: "GEEZ JONAH"
Jonah: "Sorry" He laughed.
Mads: "And since like two days ago."
Jonah: "Your moving a little fast dont you think?"
You got quiet.
Mads: "Dani... maybe hes right. I guess I didn't really think about it but it has only been 2 and a half weeks..."
Daniel: "We can slow down if you want to.. we don't have to move fast or anything." (Hehheheh that song is a good one)
Mads: "Thanks Dani." You kissed his cheek. This is how it was going to stay for a while. No moving foward from here.
You finished your coffee by yourself, and went over and sat by Daniel.
He put his hand on your knee. You scrolled through instagram and drank your coffee.
Daniel looked at you and gently shook your knee. You looked up at him and asked what he wanted.
Daniel: "Do you have dance today?"
Mads: "Yeah."
Daniel: "Dangit I wanted to take you somewhere."
Mads: "We can still go as long as we are back by 2, so I can get ready."
He smiled and got up, grabbing your hand pulling you off the couch.
Daniel: "Hey guys me and Madelyn will be back."
Jack was just getting up and as he was walking down the stairs he smirked.
Jack: "Where YoU goiN?"
Daniel: "Somewhere."
Jack: "Dont-"
Daniel: "I DIDNT MEAN THAT JACK"
Jack smiled and rolled his eyes.
You got next to Daniel in his car and he started the car and backed out of the driveway.
Madelyn: "Can you tell me where the heck we are going?"
Daniel: "You will just have to wait and see."
After a while he pulled up to a roller skating rink. You got out, and walked in hand in hand with Daniel and the whole place was empty. There were lights around the ceiling, pizza on the table, and skates already set out for you. He had rented out the whole rink. On the back wall were pictures you had sent back and forth, and pictures you had taken together from the past few weeks.
You smiled and looked at him. He was looking at something, and you followed his gaze. When you realized what it was... Your jaw dropped.
