Chapter 44

Zach: "Also, Eben wants us to talk in front of everyone later tonight, you don't have to though."
Mads: "Good because I don't want to."
After a while of having fun with Zach and the boys a song came on that sounded oddly familiar. You squealed a little hugging Zach.
It was Taking you.
The boys were happy that it was played, but then moved on after it ended.
Zach: "Ya know...."
Mads: "Oh god Zach has an idea"
Zach smiled.
Zach: "ITS NOT THAT BAD"
Mads: "Shoot your shot Herron."
Zach: "You could come sing right before Eben plays his new song. He actually wanted you to, but we told him you would think about it."
Mads: "What? In front of all these people?"
Zach: "Yeah? You already posted on your youtube channel a bunch of covers."
Mads: "Yeah but that wasn't in person."
Zach: "Its not that bad, I promise it's actually really fun."
Mads: "Fine, I'll sing."
Zach: "Really!?" His face lit up.
Mads: "Yes, only because I don't wanna hear you beg me until you go up there."
He laughed. He put his arm around your waist. You blushed a little, but didn't pull away. You made eye contact with Corbyn, and he winked.
Eben: "Alright, thank you all for coming tonight. Before I release the song officially, I have some very special people coming up. One of which, said she would sing."
You rolled your eyes, smiling at Zach.
Eben: "Please say hello to the one and only, Why Don't We, and Madelyn Besson!"
Jonah: "Hey guys what's up?"
Jack: "We are incredibly proud of Eben, and not only him, but Madelyn here. It took a lot of convincing, but we got her to sing before Ebens song released."
Corbyn: "The boys and I are so proud. The past couple months has been a lot to handle, but she smiles like nothing has ever happened."
Daniel: "Shes like a little sister to more than one of us, and a crush of someone standing here. Not me, that ship sailed a long time ago."
Everyone laughed a little.
Zach: "Madelyn start singing girl."
You giggled.
Mads: "Uh hi, as you probably already know, I'm Madelyn Besson, Im Corbyns sister. So uh, I guess I'll sing now.."
You sang Hall of Fame, just as you did when the boys first found out you could sing. You were nervous, but acted as if it was just the boys standing there.
The crowd stood and watched in amazement. As you finished the crowd clapped, and on cue Ebens song was officially released, and played on the speakers. After it was over the boys got back up in front of everyone and you stood off to the side.
Daniel:"Who enjoyed that? I know we did!"
Corbyn: "now as Daniel said earlier one of us has a crush on Madelyn. And he wants to ask a really important question."
Zach: "Madelyn has been living with us for a while now, and that means we have grown really close. I even sleep in the poor girls bed, I feel bad for taking the covers by the way."
Everyone giggled.
Corbyn: "You do what now?" He joked.
Zach: "Anyway before I get killed by my bandmate, Madelyn come here."
You walked up next to him smiling, knowing what was coming.
Zach: "Mads will you be my girlfriend?"
Mads: "Hmmmmmmm..... do I get your hoodies?"
Zach laughed, along with everyone in the room.
Zach: "I think I can arrange that"
Mads: "Then yes."
Everyone cooed and moved on with their lives. After the boys walked away from the front they congratulated you and Zach for finally confessing and getting together.
Corbyn: "Love you sis."
Mads: "I love you too bubby. Thank you for everything."
Corbyn: "Your welcome, and one more thing? Your song releases tomorrow. Mom and dad are coming to celebrate with us."
Mads: "Wait is Linds coming??"
He smiled.
Corbyn: "Yes Lindsey Is coming."
You jumped and got super excited and happy.
You walked over to Zach, and as if on cue a slow song came on for the couples in the party.
You smiled and wrapped your arms around Zachs neck and he grabbed your waist. The boys stood there taking pictures and videos, but you were having to much fun to care. As the song ended Zach whispered.
Zach: "Thank you"
Mads: "For what? I should be thanking for everything you've done for me."
Zach: "I'm thanking you for making my life amazing."
You smiled.
He leaned in slowly and kissed you. You hesitated, but then fell into the kiss and allowed it.
The boys were taking pictures and videos of the kiss, but you enjoyed it too much to stop them, as long as they didn't post them of course.
You pulled away smiling. You, Zach and the boys, hung out the rest of the night and just had fun. You had begun a new relationship, and Zach used his favorite saying right at the end of the night. He took your hands, looked at you and said "This is only the beginning" before kissing you once more. Everything finally felt complete. Your song released tomorrow, And you had a wonderful boyfriend, friends who cared about you more than anything, and an amazing brother.
