Chapter 45

You woke up, with Zach next to you. The thoughts of last night came flooding back, making you smile. You looked at your phone, 8am. Functioning off of 6 hours of sleep, oh well.
You got up, trying not to wake the peaceful slumber Zach looked like he was in. You walked into your bathroom to shower, and as you came out, Zach opened his eyes.
Zach: "Morning"
Mads: "Morning sleepy head"
Zach: "Its only nine.."
Mads: "Ive been up for an hour."
You walked over to your closet an got dressed in this:

You sat down at your vanity and did your hair and makeup. You straightened your hair for the day and called it good.
Zach walked up behind you and kissed the top of our head before walking out, to go to his room to get ready himself. You knew everyone but Jonah would still be sleeping.
You walked downstairs and Jonah stood in the kitchen drinking coffee. You went to make yours.
Jonah: "Good morning future Herron."
Mads: "Yeah yeah"
He just smiled.
Jonah: "Are you happy about it?"
Mads: "What do you mean? Of course Im happy."
Jonah: "Thats all that matters, right?"
You nodded, putting ice in a glass for your coffee.
Zach walked down, you saw him put his finger on his lips telling Jonah to not say anything. You played along, pretending you saw nothing.
Zach walked up behind you and wrapped his arms around you.
Mads: "Hugs from behind. Smooth Herron, real smooth."
He giggled.
He let go of you and walked next to Jonah.
Zach: "You excited for the release today?"
Mads: "Very, Mostly excited to see Lindsey, and my family."
Zach: "Oh yeah, Corbyn has to pick them up from the airport at noon."
You took a drink of your coffee.
Zach: "Hey Mads?"
You hummed at him.
Zach: "Get my keys."
Mads: "Why my keys are right there, if were going somewhere we can take my car."
Zach: "Woman-"
Mads: "Finne"
You walked away, knowing he wanted to tell Jonah something.
You came back down, tossing his keys at him. He caught them, but almost dropped them.
He grabbed your hand, You looked at Jonah, and he was smirking. Oh god.
Zach told you to get in his car, so you did after running upstairs to grab your phone and wallet. Just in case.
Zach drove for a while until he got to the mall parking lot.
Zach: "In honor of your first song, you pick out whatever you want, and ill buy it."
Mads: "Uh no, ill pick out whatever I want and buy it for myself."
Zach: "let me pay, gosh"
Mads: "No Zach, I pay for myself."
He rolled his eyes, grabbing your hand as you walked through the doors.
You went into bath and body works, wanting a new perfume.
You picked one out and set it on the counter, grabbing your wallet.
Zach beat you to it and set cash on the counter, right before you set money down.
The cashier looked at both of you for a second, before grabbing Zachs money.
Mads: "Ugh."
Zach smirked.
You grabbed the money she the cashier left on the counter, and shoved it in Zachs pocket, smirked, grabbed your bag, and took of running.
He chased after you, yelling.
Zach: "MaDS IM NoT TAKING THIS"
Mads: "OH YES YOU ARE"
You ran into sephora and started looking through the makeup. You grabbed a couple things and payed, and Zach tried to pay once more, but the girl at the counter took your money this time.
Mads: "HAH"
He shoved your money from earlier back into your pocket and giggled.
Mads: "ZACHARY"
You grabbed your bag, saying thank you and walking out. You smacked his arm.
Mads: "Stop paying for me."
Zach: "Whyyy"
Mads: "Because I have my own money. Youtube pays me, I can pay for my own stuff."
Zach: "But your my girlfriend now, Im supposed to pay for you."
Mads: "No your not, not at all."

Corbyns POV
We managed to pretend we were still asleep until Zach got Mads out of the house.
Our family was coming earlier then we said to Madelyn, and we were going to do a small release party. Daniel was in charge of cake, Jonah was getting chipotle for everyone, and Jack and I were decorating. Madelyn was going to be surprised, shes only expecting our family to come hang out. After about an hour, I had to go pick up our family and Lindsey. I got in the car and drove to the airport, Ashley saw me first, running towards me to hug me. I collected hugs from everyone, and found Lindsey. I helped them load everything into my car and drove them back to the house. They were staying in a hotel, but they wanted to come see our house first.
I showed them around and they helped decorate. Lindsey went with Daniel to get cake and Ashley went with Jonah to get food.
As everyone got back and finished setting things up, Zach texted me.

orbyn: "GUYS THEIR COMING HOME"
Jack: "AH IM NOT DONE"
Corbyn: "HURRY UP"

Zachs POV
I tried to hold Madelyn as long as I could. We went to a couple stores in the mall then I drove her to a little cafe and we hung out for a little bit. She had to use the restroom before we left so I took that chance to tell Corbyn we were coming home. We got in the car and I drove as slow as I could without seeming sketchy. I pulled into the driveway, told her to close her eyes, and grabbed her hand. I had one hand on her shoulder to guide her as I held her hand with the other. He free hand was covering her eyes.
Mads: "Zach what are you doing?"
Zach: "Just wait."
Mads: "Zachhhh"
Zach: "Patience little one."
I opened the door, led her inside, and let everyone silently get in place. I put my hand over hers, as she put her hand down, so now I was covering her eyes.
Zach: "3...2...1"
