Naririnig ko ang mga boses nila pero hindi ko maimulat agad ang mga mata ko. Sobrang bigat ng pakiramdam ko, lalo na ng aking ulo.

"Yes. Alam na nila ang nangyari. Papunta na sila rito," boses naman iyon ni Jayce.

Napangiwi ako sa kirot mula sa ulo ko. Madalas ko naman itong maramdaman noon pero mas lalong lumala ngayon.

Nagliwaliw sandali ang mata ko sa paligid hanggang sa mapagtanto kong nasa isang hospital na ako. Pilit kong inalala ang mga huling nangyari.

Nang muling maalala si Gael at lahat ng pinag-usapan namin sa Kiltepan peak, mabilis nagparamdam ang mga luha sa gilid ng mata ko. I wanted to talk to Jayce but my body's too weak. My head's aching. Everything's so fragile about me.

Jayce and Gerard looked at each other for a moment. They seemed hesitant to answer my question. Nagpalipat-lipat lang ang tingin ko sa kanila.

"Can I talk to him? Can you tell him to come here?" muli kong salita.

"Vien... Ano kasi... The doctor said you need to rest. Nagpapahinga rin si Gael. Please don't think about anything too much. We need you to rest for now."
