Finally, they were in the blue city. Something, Myra was looking forward with great alacrity.
She looked out of the window of the bus, and took a glance at the beautiful city. They were going to the hotel and the route to the hotel, happened to be through the market.
This gave Myra and the others the opportunity to witness the market.
The road was small and a bit congested as there were shops on both the side of the road.
There were big umbrellas under which the shopkeepers were selling bangles, jewellery. There were big shops, outside which colourful sarees were hung as to give the customers a glimpse of their products.
The street food vendors were roaming on the streets with huge queues of people standing waiting to get the chance to try the delicious street chaat.
Shop owners were calling the people to come to their shops, there was a lot of hustle and bustle in the bazaars of Jodhpur.
What overlooked this busy bazaar was the breath taking Mehrangarh Fort, it was on the top of a hill. It overlooked the whole city of Jodhpur.
Just below the Mehrangarh Fort, was the blue houses which the got the city, the name The Blue city. And lastly, the sunset which was adding beauty to the already beautiful city.
Their bus journey came to a halt when they reached their destination; the hotel.
Ayesha guided all the students towards the hotel. It was clearly written on their faces that they all were all beyond exhausted.
"God I feel so tired, one step more and I feel like I'll faint." Naina said in a low and tired voice.
"That's not going to happen, stop exaggerating." Myra said laughing.
Naina didn't want anything, she just wanted to sleep and at this point she could sleep even while standing, she didn't even need a bed.
"Naina, you are not even going in the correct direction. You're going to get yourself hurt!" Myra said quickly taking a hold of her before she hits her head in the wall in front of her.
"Oh sorry, I feel so tired and sleepy. I feel like I can sleep while standing." Naina said rubbing her eyes to see clearly. She slapped her cheeks to keep herself awake.
"Where is everyone else?" Naina inquired looking at the deserted corridor with rooms on both sides.
"Everyone went to their rooms, now lets go ours is just at the corner. Come on now!" Myra said tugging her luggage with one hand and Naina with the other.
The sun's rays were seeping through the curtains, Myra moved a little in her sleep and then suddenly woke up with a jolt and sat upright.
