The whole night Myra couldn't sleep, she was thinking about her new school. Many thoughts struck her mind, some of them being whether she'll be able to make some good friends or not.Not to mention, she missed Delhi. Though she didn't have much friends, but she did have some friends and even they were shocked at the news of her house burnt down to ashes. Not to mention there are no schools in Mumbai, there are Junior Colleges. Why?
She kept her phone down after talking to her friend Manhoikim. She and Kim were the best of friends, she was so disappointed at the news of Myra leaving.
She was right now even missing Aryan, her ex who was also the son of her psychology teacher. There was not anything special between them but she was that desperate.
GOD! Why is Amy so careless? Like burning the house down. There were so many other things to do, she could've burnt something else. Myra thought and buried her head in her pillows. She was so frustrated at everything
After thinking a lot of thinking about, she finally fell into a deep slumber.
The sunlight was seeping through the curtains, birds were chirping it was all perfect and then her alarm on her phone started ringing. Ughh!
She felt like throwing her phone, but she realized she only had only one phone and grams wouldn't be kind enough to buy her a new one.
With a soft knock on the door, Dee opened the door slightly, "Good morning Myra! I hope you had a good night's sleep? I know this place is new but, you'll get used to it. We have to, what other choice has your grandmother left us." Dee said rolling her eyes. Dee was all dressed wearing a saree, her hair held tightly in a bun. Though she also had short hair, but she liked to tie them up in a bun. How can someone look this pretty, that too in the morning Myra thought.
"Grams couldn't we have just stayed in Delhi?" Myra whined.
"Well thanks to a certain someone, we became nearly homeless and had to shift here. God no matter how much I think about it, the shock still doesn't wear off. How can someone manage to burn down an entire house?!" Dee said huffing in anger
"Anyway, if I start talking about her, we'll be here all day. Nervous for school?" Dee sat beside Myra.
"Yeah granny, just a bit nervous about the new school." Myra said rubbing her eyes and went to the washroom to do her morning routine.
"Don't worry dear, everything will be fine, when you're done come down and have your breakfast Amy will drop you." Dee shouted, while Myra closed the washroom door. Dee got up and went downstairs after closing her rooms door.
"Morning Amy!" Myra said grabbing her breakfast and sat on the kitchen counter in front of Amy who was sitting on the dining table.
"Morning dear, slept nicely?" Amy asked with a concentrated look on her face. And took a bite of her roti.
Myra nodded and went to keep her dishes in the sink, washed her hands and went to her room to get her backpack.
"I'm waiting for you outside!" Amy yelled taking the keys of her scooty.
"Amy, do you remember the route to the school or should I use google maps?" Myra asked sitting on scooty with her phone in one hand.
"No dear, I remember the route, don't worry but before we go the school there's a place we have to go first." Amy said starting the vehicle.
Place? What place? Myra thought, but didn't think about it much, as her head was filled with some other thoughts. So she didn't pay much attention to what Amy said, she was already a bit skittish thinking about her school.
