When I got home, I heard two familiar voices in the living room.
"Hey Y/N!" Kindaichi called.
I looked up and saw Kindaichi and Kunimi playing minecraft.
I waved at them and went upstairs.
Why does he have to be here? I thought to myself.
Well, at the same time I dont mind.
Just then I heard a knock at the door.
"Can i come in?" I heard Kunimi ask.
"Yea, sure."
He walked in and sat next to me on my bed.
"Hey, Y/N, I feel like it might be a bit too early to say this but, I just cant hold it in anymore."
I felt my heard racing as he put his hand on my shoulder.
"I like you." He blushed nervously.
I stared at him for a second, trying to process what he said. Then it hit me all like a train. Kunimi just said he likes me.
In my room. On my bed. To my face.
I felt myself getting red.
"I-I.." I started, "I-like y-you..too?"
He starts laughing nervously.
"Is that supposed to be a question??"
"Oh um- no.."
He looks down at his lap, then back up to me. His piercing dark brown eyes looking at me like they're trying to tell me something.
"I don't believe you." I said confidently.
Kunimi shifted a bit towards me.
"I'll prove it to you then."
