Riley hated the way she was feeling it pained her to let Nate go but she could no longer cope with continuously being hurt Nate might have made mistakes and have not meant to make Riley feel this way but there's only so much she could take
As Riley made her way to the parking lot she pulled her phone out to order an Uber
"Riley!" Someone shouted
Riley turned around to see her friend from earlier
"Hey" she said Quietly
"You coming to Daniels party then?" She asked
The last place Riley wanted to be was at a party she just wanted to curl up into a ball and forget about everything
"I'm not really in the mood to be honest soph" Riley admitted
Sophie looked at Riley with a disappointed look on her face
"Please come Riley I really want you to" Sophie begged
As much as Riley didn't want to she figured it might do her some good just to go for a little bit
"Okay then just for a bit then I'm going home" Riley said
Sophie smiled at her happily
"Great come on then let's get going" Sophie said as she pulled Riley by her hand and led her to car
Riley looked in to see one of the boys in her class sitting in the drivers seat and sat next to him was Sophies brother Josh Riley got in the back of the car with Sophie
They both looked over and smiled at Riley
"Hey Ri" Josh said drunkly as he held a bottle of vodka in his hand
"Hi" Riley said softly
Riley couldn't help but feel a bit anxious about going to the party she was starting to feel a bit regretful about her decision
Riley had arrived at Daniels party she walked into the house with Sophie by her side
The boys had already wondered of Riley looked around to see people she hardly knew a her part of her hoped she would see Nate but she knew seeing him right now would only make things worse than they already were
