Chapter 8

I don't know how long we were curled up in our meadow.The setting sun, was my only reminder that time went by.

"We should go" Edward said before I had the chance.

"Renesmee and Jacob must be back from the movies by now"

"Yes,of course"I was back to reality.The dream couln't last forever. But this time I was longing to wake up.

Being a mother at eighteen, wasn't every girl's dreams,nor being married to that matter.

I could not have thought it was possible myself ,two years back. But then again I was completely oblivious to the vampire world and all the things that came with it...Like,Edward and his family...MY family,and of course my precious and fast growing daughter.

I was glad.Glad he found me.Glad he married me.Glad he gave me a daughter. And glad he gave me an identity, because now , I knew who I was. I was myself.And that was incredibly good.

We dressed up,quickly. Gathered the pick-nick cloth and headed back home.

He weren't in a hurry so we were walking. It was then that we came across the scent.

I was a vampire for six short months now, still,if I had smelled that one ,I'm a hundred percent sure I would have remembered it.

I couln't tell if it came from a human or vampire.It was sweet,too sweet and bitter in the same time.I didn't know how could that be but it did.

"What is it?" I asked,more curious that afraid.

"I don't know love.I haven't smell something like that before.Ever"He sounded concerned.

"Well,come on.Let's follow it'' I was definitely curious now."

The scent continued east and then strait west.

We were by now,really close to the main house,and the scent only grew stronger.

"Oh my gosh,Edward.It's leading to the house"My curiosity was now long gone.Fear taking it each place.Fear for my daughter,my family and my best friend.

"Come on" He said pulling me foreword as alarmed as I was.

We closed the distance to the main doors and entered the house.It was silent,but I could clearly hear Renesmee's birdlike beating heart and Jake's as well.

We run to the second floor,and rooted to our places.

Everyone was in the living room.Emmet and Rose sat on the sofa,with Ness between them.Alice and Jasper were standing close to each other at the end of the room,along with Jake and Esmee.

Carlisle,....Carlisle was in the middle of the room across,a....little girl?

She must have been around nine,or early ten.She was gorgeous.Her skin was clear but rich in colour.Her  wavy hair was a dirty blond that fell beautifully to her back.She was wearing a dress that could easily be passed as a white gown the kind of the one children wear on Halloween,when they're dress up as ghosts.

She turned right then to face Edward and me.Her huge and pretty eyes were the first thing I noticed.It was the most strange colour I had ever seen.They were blue with red rings on them.She had a small button nose and red full lips.

She smiled to us and went on.

"Hello.My name is Lucaria"

So?Did you like this one?What do you think about Lucaria?Can her weird name give away what she is?
