Chapter 15

Renesmee was already all dressed up,

so we went strait to Edward's Volvo.

Of course I had my ''after'' car but I still could not bring myself to drive it around town.

It was tomato red and flashy.Sure nothing wrong ti drive it in Forks!

''Momma?Are grandpa and Sue going to get married?''

Ness asked as soon as I strapped her inside the car heading to Charlie's.

The question itself caught me out of guard.I hadn't thought about that.

Dad and Sue had bonded over the last months.She was there for him when he was loosing me,and I guess she stayed there.

I was genially happy about him.Sue was a good woman and way too young to be a widow.

Her husband,Harry, had a heart attack almost two years ago and she was lonely ever since.

''Uhm,I don't know baby.I guess you have to ask him,not me...''

I was too curious myself!

It would be a weird relationship though.

The vampire Dad with the werewolf Mom...

It would make the truce even stronger,not that it wasn't already.Things had worked out great for the ,now, two packs.Jake's and Sam's.

I wonder if Lucaria was going to be to become a member of Jacob's...

No,no.I don't see that happening!Even if we could ''break'' Jake,

Leah would be a problem.She was better now.She didn't at least treat us like leaches or anything...

We were in front of my old house now and it was already dark.

''Ok go strait inside and I'll be right behind you''

I said to a fidgeting from excitement Renesmee.

She smiled and run with inhuman speed to the front door.

Thank god it was dark and no one saw.

Ness knew she couln't do things like that in front of Charlie or humans in general,

but sometimes she could not help it.

I didn't blame her.It was annoying to put up with the human act myself!

I parked behind Charlie's cruise and entered the house.

I was not two steps inside when the strong smell hit me.

Fried Fish.

Charlie's favourite dish and now Renesmee's too.

Dad was thrilled the day she announced it to him.

She was always silent around him and in the rear occasions she did talk it was only with Charlie.

Of course he was spoiling her-as if she hadn't

many people already doing that-and that's why he and Sue had transformed my old room into Nessie's.

''Dad?''

''In here Bells!'' Charlie's voice came from the kitchen.

He was standing there with Ness on his shoulders like a monkey.

''Dad put her down! You're going to have back-pain for the last of your life!''

''She's lighter that feathers''He lied.

His read face and gritted teeth justifying it.

Renesmee was nowhere close to feathers for him,

of course that was not the case for any of us back home!
