Chapter Thirteen was another dream sequence chapter. The dream was one of Hawks' earlier memories when his quirk manifested and he was learning to fly. His father's idea of a lesson was pushing Keigo off the tallest building in Fukuoka.
In the middle of the fall, Arya caught her own reflection in one the buildings windows. Seeing her own self abused at that same young age. She was forced out of the dream in the middle of the fall, waking up screaming in bed.
This chapter was pretty rough for me to write. So, I understand if it was rough to read.
