After we got something to eat we parked in a somewhat empty parking lot and started to eat.

"So what y'all do yesterday?" She asked.

I know I ain't tell Taija about my day with Semaj, but she been running her mouth too much and now since I know she cool with Londyn I'm glad I ain't tell her.

"We went Go Cart racing, a gun range- A gun range?" She cut me off.

"Girl yes I ain't think he would take me for real cause I told him I wanted to learn." I laughed. "Then we went to the drive in movies and we was just talking." I continued.

"Do he a got a brother or like a close cousin or something? Asking for a friend." She said and we both laughed.

"I'm glad you had fun though." She smiled.

"Aww thank you." I said.

"So what's like y'all status, cause I know you said you was taking a break from relationships and stuff like that, I don't wanna see you stress yourself out." She said.

"We just chilling to be honest. He knows I'm not ready for a relationship and he's not either. We enjoying each other's company right now if that makes sense. Taking this as slow as possible." I said.

"I'm so happy for you for real, cause seeing you slowly lose yourself mentally to seeing you walking In happy everyday is literally the best change for you." She said.

"Omg you gone make me cry." I laughed and she laughed as well. "What about you though?" I asked.

"I don't think a relationship is something I need right now to be honest. I'm trying to get back on track emotionally and some people don't understand that I'm putting myself first. Like it's okay to be selfish sometimes when you always in a halfway met ass relationship and same for friendships." She said.

"Exactly and that's what I'm learning to do cause I used to always excuse people's behaviors In some situations and never consider my own feelings." I said.

"Same." She agreed.

"Bruh I'm somebody babymomma." I dragged. "I let somebody babymomma me what the fuck."

"Was you ready to have a child with him?" She asked.

"No, I thought I was but he showed me different so it is what is now." I shrugged.

"Glad you know your worth now." She said. "Oh and remember how I told you how Taija had you on speaker?" She asked.

"Yea." I said. "That's when I knew she was acting fake, that just popped up in my head."

"Especially when Tre told me she told that girl that faked like she was pregnant to come up there knowing it was gone be some mess. It's crazy though she was just agreeing with me with how Londyn need her ass beat." I said.

"Right, then we gotta be around her everyday." She sighed.

"I wanna open up my own tattoo shop." I said.

"Go for it, only if you ready for it though, and can plan everything out well." She said.

"Most definitely." I smiled. "And it's about to be time for Serayah 3rd Birthday, Me and Avontae agreed on throwing her a party." I said.

"Look at y'all co-parenting, as y'all should." She said.

"Right." I laughed.

"This been on my mind, please tell me you didn't let him you know." She dragged.

"Yes." I mumbled.

"Sabrea did you get a plan B?" She asked.

"No." I mumbled.

"You for real? You could be pregnant." She said.

"I'm just playing I'm birth control." I laughed but she stale faced me.

"That's not funny, I was bout' to cry." She said.

"I would've been crying myself." I shook my head.

"Thank you, have a nice day." I said after finishing up my last client. I talked to Semaj today and I couldn't stop moving for nothing.

As I was getting my stuff my phone rung. The number was unknown so I answered and an operator spoke. It was a call from jail and when the operator said the name I almost dropped the phone but then he spoke.

"Sabrea, it's your father." He said and tears automatically ran down my face and my hand shook holding the phone.

"Sabrea." He called again.

"He-Hello." My voice shook.

"For a minute I thought you wouldn't pick up, how have you been?" He asked and I took my phone down from my ear with my hand still shaking as I hung up.

I was at a lost for words. He sounded like he was just happiest like he didn't did what he did.

I sat down as my cries got a little bit louder and my phone dropped as my breathing got heavier. Teyana and Tre came in the room.

"Sabrea what's wrong." She came up to me.

"Why she not talking, what happened?" He asked.

And that's the last thing I heard before my vision got blurry and I lost my balance.
