"Thank you, you too, I love it." She smiled looking at it before walking out.
"Serayah come here." I said and she walked over with her book and I sat her in my lap.
"What color is this ink?" I asked.
"Black." She said.
"Good, what color is this one?" I asked.
"Boo." She said.
"Say Blue." I let a small laugh causing her to smile.
"Blue." She laughed.
"What color is that?" I pointed to the dog in her book.
"Red." She said.
"What color is her hair?" I asked.
"Yewow." She said having a hard time to pronounce it.
"You got it right but you a lil wrong. Say yel." I said.
"Yel." She repeated.
"Low." I said.
"Low." She repeated.
"Yellow." We said at the same time and I hugged her.
"Spell it." I said.
"Y E L L O W." she said.
"Good job, I'm so proud of you." I smiled as I tickled her.
"How you doing mommy?" She asked out of nowhere.
"I'm okay, what about you?" I smiled. "You feeling okay?" I asked.
