You can move/destroy any object with your mind, but the size and weight of the object take a toll on your stamina. You can use it for an hour at most, but after that, you slowly get more and more exhausted. Since your quirk is based around your mind, your memory gets spotty and your reaction time slows. Your quirk activation can be recognized when your fingertips and iris' begin to glow gold.
(I tried to draw an example, but the main point is that your eyes and fingertips glow when you use your quirk. You have cleat-like boots to help you stand your ground when you use a shield. I left everything else uncolored so that you can input h/c and other stuff. Anything you don't like feel free to change!)
