For some strange reason I woke up for no reason and looked at my alarm and stretched my arms.

Then I looked at my alarm again processing at what time it was. My eyes widened.

There was literally only ten minutes before they locked the doors at school.

"OhmyGod." I whispered to myself.
Stupid alarm clock why did you have to fail me.

I panicked and ripped my sheets off me, feeling the warmth of my body heat from my covers go away.
I ran to my bathroom. And basically threw water on my face, instantly picking up my toothbrush brushing my teeth.

As soon as I was done I ran over an picked out some random denim skinny jeans and picked a random t-shirt, and slipped them on.

I didn't bother to pay attention to my hair, or my face because all that was rushing through my mind was that I needed to go to school before they locked me out.

My mom would murder me if she found out I didn't go to school. She has this thing were she doesn't care if I'm sick or not, I'm going to school. I've never missed a day of school in my life, due to my mom wanting me to win a scholarship.

According to the school board, if you don't miss a day of school, since kindergarten you win a scholarship. Most people in my school don't get it because they always end up missing school. and my mom thinks that's just unacceptable and irresponsible. So I have to go to school, no excuses.

I grabbed my backpack and my phone and basically ran downstairs, almost falling.

I slipped on some shoes and went out the door feeling the cold air hit me. It was colder than it had been all month. I'd say it was at least 37 degrees. And I was in a T-shirt.

Great. Note the sarcasm.

I was already super late so I decided not to go back in and get a sweater.

As I was basically running to my car I felt the cold air take its tole.
I yanked my door handle and realized I forgot my keys to my car.

I ran back to my front door, twisting my door knob. But it wouldn't turn.

Today just was not my day.

I locked the door on the way out. So it was impossible to go inside and go and retrieve my car keys.
I groaned in frustration. I literally had no time for this.

Suddenly I hear a roar of an engine being turned on.

My eyes snap over to where I heard the sound. And I see Alex on his motorcycle, with his helmet, starting to make his way out of his driveway.

I suddenly get an idea and I start running over to him hoping he wouldn't drive off and leave me to to the wrath of my mother.

So I run as fast as I can over to his driveway, calling his name, surely embarrassing myself.

"ALEXX!! WAIT UP!" I yell on the top of my lungs hoping he would hear me over his lion called his motorcycle.

His head snaps towards my direction, and he stops.

He takes off his helmet as I go over to him, out of breath.

He smirked revealing those mocking dimples. "What brings you here."

Still out of breath I get on his bike and say. "No questions just drive to school. Fast."

He puts on his helmet and starts driving at fast speed I've never experienced before. We were zooming past cars and my heart wasn't settling down.

At that moment I don't give two flying pigs that I didn't have a helmet on at full speed. I needed to get to school on time.

After about three minutes of speed, that I bet even made my hair in even more of a worse condition, we finally arrived making me feel just a bit more relieved.
