A/N: sorry if the beginning is pretty slow and boring but it gets better.

I went into the dance studio a bit tired, but focused to learn how to dance my new routines.

All day I've been worrying about how I have to learn and remember my dance routines better. And my acting class wasn't helping because Ms. Matildi reminded us about how today's Tuesday and and the play in only three days away. And not to mention I need to learn and act out my roles. And since there a lot lines to remember, I have a lot of stress in my head pressuring me.

"Hey Malerie." Frank greeted.

"Hey Frank." I said setting down my backpack against the wall.

"Alex haven't arrived yet?" I asked.

"Nope. But lets get stretching."

I grumbled under my breath, sitting down, on the hardwood floor.

After a few minutes Alex arrived, interrupting us.

"Do you know what happened at work today?" he asked annoyed.

"No." Frank answered for me.
He sent a glare to Frank.

He sat down next to me. sending his smell of cologne breeze into my nose. "Well I'm gonna tell you guys anyways. Remember that kid Chris who tried to flirt with you?"

I nodded.

"Well he came back with his buddies and sent a complaint to my boss. So my boss took out twenty dollars off my paycheck." he said.

I laughed. "Sucks for you."

"Okay Alex, thank you for sharing your pointless story of the day." Frank announced making a big clap.

Alex rolled his eyes.

We stretched a few more times until we finally started dancing.
And even though I'm still pretty bad at dancing I'm way more comfortable doing it now, then I did a few days ago. And I was so grateful that Frank had the patience to deal with me.

But one thing that still bothered me was Alex. Even though I don't feel hate for him anymore I still get pretty uncomfortable when he's holding me. And not to mention, that I can't even make eye contact with him without me snapping into my thoughts.

We danced and we danced until after an hour an a half. And when we were done, we were free to leave.

I always brought a change of clothes when I came dancing, so I went to the bathroom and changed.
I heard my phone ring as I was leaving out of the studio.
"Hello." I answered.

"Hey Malerie, can you pick up some Panda Express for me and Ariana. Thanks." she ordered, and hung up.

I internally wanted groaned out of frustration. Not only was I exhausted from dancing, but my mom just ordered me around like some kind of monkey. What was her hurry anyways. Could she not bother to ask me politely.

I sighed and made my way to my car. I turned on my car and made my way to Panda Express.

I turned on radio and sang along loudly to the music. Sure I get a few odd looks from the people in other cars but whatever. They can go suck it.

After I got Panda Express I made my way back to my house and I saw a red car in my drive way.
My mom didn't own a red car, she owned a silver car. And my mom rarely got visitors.

I parked my car and went inside.
As I walked into the foyer I heard a mans voice echoing through the house. It was muffled through the walls.

Since the kitchen was near I quietly put the Panda Express bag on the counter and got an umbrella that was sitting near the foyer.
