Sameer was waiting for Naina in the parking and he was leaned on his car. Sameer wondered why she was not coming, did she not want to meet him. He was impatiently looking at the entrance to the parking but he saw no sign of her coming, so he closed his eyes and recalled the moment when he saw her in the corridor today. His heartbeat raced as his eyes caught her first glimpse. He saw his love years later.
When she came to near him, he felt that the wind had become cool and fragrant, which scattered around, and he felt close to her by the touch of the wind. He slowly opened his eyes and looked into her brown eyes. They shared a intense eyelock when his eyes met her. He felt some enchantment in her deep eyes which pulled him into those ocean. He saw the same care and love in her eyes when he was in college. He was started drowning into her beautiful eyes. After hearing to the horn of the car, their eyelock was broken and he come back to his sensed.
He stared at her for a few minutes, she stood quietly in front of him. He could not understand how to start the conversation with her. Naina was also nervous as how she proceeded to talk to him. They stood like this for some time, and their was a awkwardness between them. Sameer then broke the silence.
"Naina baitho". He said to her while opening the passenger seat door.
Naina sat on the seat without questioned him. She did not understand what to ask him so she followed his command.
After Naina settled down, he too sat on the driver's seat and once glanced at her, who was looking out of the window. Naina saw his charming face when he started the car, then she turned her face and looked out of the window again. She could not dare to see him.
Just then they come out of the college Naina got curious as to know that where they was going, so she gathered little courage asked him "Sameer hum kahan ja rahe hai". But Sameer did not answered, his eyes only on the road.
Naina said in her mind "Sameer aap kuch bol kyo nahi rahe? aap aise behave kyo kar kare hai? milna to aap hi chah rahe the na to phir ye chuppi kyo aur hum kahan ja rahe hai?" She was confused when he looked at her after leaving college.
Sameer too said in his mind "Naina tumhe mujh pe bharosha to hai na...Naina tumhare baare me janna hai, hamare beech jo panch saalon ki duri hai, vahi mitana chahata hu". As reading her mind.
Naina in her mind " Sameer aap par to sabse jyada bharosha hai... aap kabhi bhi kuch galat nahi karenge... isliye to aapse bina kuch kahe aap ke saath baith gayi." She gave him answered in her mind as sensed his question while looking at him nervous.
There was a distance of five years between them which could not be erased by a few words. It may have taken some time to erase the gap of five years, which was visible in the form of silence among them.
After few minutes, Sameer tuned the radio to break the silence. A voice boomed on the radio, that voice was of RJ.
"To dosto aaj ka dusra khat hai Delhi se hai, kya baat hai doston ye to hamare hi shahar hai, ye khat Aman ne likha hai... Aman ek song apne uss pyaar ko dedicat karna chahate hai, jo unki humsafar nahi ban payi par aaj bhi uske liye unke dil me pyaar hai.
Kitni ajeeb baat hai doston hum sab life me ek baar pyaar zarur karte hai, par aise bahut kam log hote hai jinko unka pyaar naseeb hota hai aur unke saath wo apni puri life jeete hai. Aaj bhi bahut sari love story ko unka anjaam nahi mil pata aur ye pyaar un do logon ke dilo me hamesha ke liye ek khwahish ban kar hi rah jati ki, jiski koi manzil nahi hoti. Lekin iska matlab ye nahi ki unka pyaar sachha nahi tha, kuch halaton ke aage kamzor zarur ho jata hai par un do dilo me pyaar hamesha zinda rahata hai.... to doston iss ek khubsurat ehsaas ke liye aaj ka dusra gaana."
