"Preeti ke papa aap ne thik to kiya na... matlab aise apne bado ko naraz karke , unki baat na maan kar." Bela asked Aanand when they both retired their room after dinner.
"Bela kya tumhe bhi lagta hai maine galat phaisala liya." Aanand said with hurtful voice as he thought his wife not supported his decision.
"Nahi Preeti ke papa... mujhe pata hai aap Naina ke liye koi bhi galat phaisala nahi lenge, aap ne aise hi haa nahi ki hogi... lekin bhaisahab ka soch ke bura lagta hai... Unhone apni puri zindagi shaan se sar utha ke jiya hai aur ab agar ye baat samaz me jayegi to sabse jyada unhe hi sunna padega." Bela showed sampathy towards tauji. Somewhere she knew he was not wrong but here question was of her daughter future and her happiness.
"Bela mujhe bhi iss baat ka andaza hai, lekin hume abhi Naina ki khushiyan dekhani hai... aur ye samaz wale kuch din baatein karenge phir bhul jayenge... aur unke karan hum Naina ki zindagi kharab nahi kar sakte." Anand agreed with his wife and explained to her that people would forget everything after a few days.
"Aap ne sahi kaha logon ka kya hai char din baatein banayenge aur phir sab bhul kar aap ki khushiyon me shamil bhi ho jayenge... to hum aise logon ke liye Naina ki khushiyan barbad nahi karenge." Bela supported Aanand's decision.
"Chalo ab so jao meri rekha... kal se taiyaari bhi karni hai." Aanand chuckled looking at her.

Before telling Sameer after tauji left, Naina shared this news to Preeti as Preeti had suffered a lot with her. She felt her every pain and she was the only person who made her realize her love for Sameer and now she was angry at her for not accepting their plan. So Naina decided to persuade Preeti first.
"Ab tak mujhse naraj hai...baat bhi nahi karegi apni stupid bahan se... haa." Naina said in very childish tone that's Preeti melted.
"Tujhe achche se pata hai..Mujhe kaise manana hai... aur haa meri bahan ko stupid mat kahna wo to bahut pyari hai meri jaan basti hai usme... Achha sun na papa ne kya kaha... wo Sameer se milne ko ready huye." Preeti asked about his father decision as she did not know of his decision because Pandit wanted to surprise her.
"Chacha ji maan gaye aur papa bhi Sameer se milne ke liye, lekin taiji aur tauji gussa hai iss rishtey se...." Naina said in a low voice but there was a glow of happiness in her face.
"Mai bhi bahut khush hu... bata nahi sakti... ab jaldi se Sameer ko bata de, mujhe pata hai tune use nahi bataya hoga." Naina hummed and before Preeti ended the call, Naina requested " sun na jijaji ko bol de na wo Sameer ko na bataye, unhe mai surprise dena chahati hu." Preeti agreed.
Naina felt, she was floating in the air as her dream was coming true. She was dancing to express her happiness. She wanted to shout and tell her Sameer. After dinner when she was about to call him and she grabbed the phone, her heart throbbed loudly thinking how he would react when she told her, maybe he screamed as she wanted to.
She dialled his number and within a second the phone picked up by Sameer.
"Itni betabi... Mr. Maheshwari." Naina teased him.
"Haa to hogi hi... Chacha ji ka decision jo janna hai... kya kaha chacha ji ne." Sameer showed his eagerness.
After hearing his impatience voice suddenly an idea came in her mind and she smirked. Naina thought to teasing and troubling him a little.
"Sameer...Wo... Chacha ji..." She said in a heavy voice.
"Chacha ji man gaye." He just asked simply.
"Nahi Sameer unhone kaha aap maheshwari hai aur hum maheshwari me rishta nahi karte...Ab hum kya karenge sameer.... Unhone mana kar diya." She tried to be sad and made voice heavy.
