I went to my room which I had not seen in nearly two months. Falling down on the lavish covers and soft pillows on my bed I inhaled the sent of fine perfume. I'd missed my room more than anything else in the whole kingdom.
After changing out of my traveling clothes I put on my favorite archer's cloak and headed out to the forest. Skipping down corridor I ran into the nastiest piece of filth to ever find its way into the assassin's castle, Lucy.
"Well, well I had heard you found your way back here, though I hoped that I had heard wrong" she said kissing her teeth. "And I heard a slutty whore was looking for me I had hoped I had heard wrong too, but here we are" I said trying to maneuver my way around it.
"Just because you're a top assassin doesn't mean that you will have Terrin for your husband." She said not even being able to hide her jealousy. "Not that again how many times do I have to tell you that I don't like him! You can have that loser for all I care!" I exclaimed. This was getting old, I didn't want to be a part of her little struggle to convince Terrin to sleep with her.
"Why do you keep denying the fact that you are seducing him behind everyone's back! He is mine so back off" she screeched. I didn't respond with words I just slapped her so hard across the face that the crack could be heard throughout the entire building. "Don't ever accuse me of dropping so low as to use your tactics, especially with an useless prick like Terrin. Is that clear?" I asked my voice going scary calm. "You, you bitch!" She yelled as she fled down the hall.
I took a deep breathe and messaged my temples as I continued on my path to the forest. Anymore encounters like that and I might beg Allerin to hurry up and get me a job!
Pushing all those stressful thoughts to the side I walked out of the assassin's castle jumped on a horse and sped off on high speed to the luscious green forests that skirted the outside of the town.
After tying my horses reigns to a tree I jumped into the woods. I soon caught the tracks of a deer. Following the print I was lead to a watering hole were a deer was silently lapping up its refreshing drink. I pulled out an arrow and came into position with my bow. I let my arrow fly an as it hit the deers eye I saw someone else sitting patiently beside the deer.
