"You ass hole. You are the most cowardice bastard I have ever had displeasure of meeting" I said as barged into the throne room. I strted beating him up when Alexandria and Aaron bust in. Aaron pulled me off Laithen and said "beating him senseless will do you no good". I ingnored Aaron."Just because you are a royal and are engaged to Alexandria does not give you the right to sexually assault her you ass wipe" I yelled.
"Oh? And what are you going to do about it?" prince Laithen asked looking far too smug for my taste. "I'm going to challenge you to a fight any weapon of your choice if I win you will have to delay your marriage to Alexandria for a month and you can not touch her with out her consent for a year" I said confidently. "And if I win?" Laithen asked. "Your call" I answer gritting my teeth.
"Alright if I win you will act as my maid for two days and I can kiss Alexandria whenever the hell I want to" Laithen said beaming. "Deal" I growled my blood was boiling furiously. "What's your weapon of choice?" I asked through clenched teeth. "Sword" he answered smiling. We both drew our swords and took our starting positions.
"Start" Aaron called out from the corner of the room. We circled each other like vultures fighting for dominance. And prey. He lunged towards me as I slid between his legs expertly knocking him off balance. It was my turn to lunge but when I did deflected my swing with the side of his sword. I watched him carefully as he gracefully surged forwards and swung his sword towards mine trying make me drop it.
I side stepped, his sword missing its target by inches. Watching him carefully I swung my sword to his right and he my sword with his own as I moved my blade slightly towards the hilt he used my force to through me backwards. Putting my left foot behind my right to steady myself I raced towards he was about o side step away from me when I stuck my foot out behind his ankle making him fall on his backside.
He was soon back on his feet not missing a single beat as he rushed forward and sweeped his foot to hit my own. I fell on my back and as he came at me I threw my sword up to catch his before it hit its intended target, my neck. Rolling to my feet I caught the hilt of his sword with the tip of my blade. When I flicked my wrist upward making him loose grip of the hilt.
I took this as my chance. Knocking him towards the wall and away from his sword I grabbed his fallen blade. With the two blades one held in either hand I round house kicked the prince resluting in him collapsing into a heap on the floor. The two swords crossed dirrectly above the prince's throat. "This victory goes to you" Laithen said as I removed them from where they had just pinned him down.
As Laithen walked by he muttered "soon enough your smile will fade all you have done is delay the inevitable". That evening at dinner the delay was announces as due to lack of availabilty of necasarry items. Aaron, Alexandria, and all had a good laugh out of that. The rest of the week went by fast and soon it was the day I was to leave for the fae realm. I gave everyone my fondest fairwells as I swung my bag of clothes over my shoulder and started my trek threw the woods.
It didn't take long for me to find my way to the water fall and once I had gotten there I sat carefully on the slate of stone I had fallen asleep on only a week earlier. I had only been there for about thirty minuets when I heard footsteps aproaching from all around me. "Leo?" I called out hoping to hear his soft voice but my only answer was the tranqulizer dart that was shot in my leg.
My vision was starting to go hazy when about twenty people surounded me. I tried to fight back but I was to sluggish it was then that I saw Leo hiding behind a tree the look on his face made it clear that there were to many for him to take on. When our eyes locked I mouthed 'go, go get help but it was then that everything fell dark.
