Azura was nothing like her son. She had long blue hair and was pretty tall for a girl. She wore royal fae garments. And let me say, she was pretty rude. As we approached the fairy queen, she looked at Leo and said, "well, I am very disappointed in you, my son. I would expect you to choose stronger allies, not a princess and a few worthless assassins". It made me angry that she said that. I was more than a princess. I got so angry that shadows radiated from my feet.

"Alexandria" Rowen whispered. I controlled myself, and the shadows disappeared. I was getting a hang of this, shadow power thing. "Well, I would like to take Ryia with us and go. This place is making me claustrophobic, it's just too small" Azura said, even though the castle was huge. "Uh,man I have a few minutes to say goodbye?" Ryia asked. Azura nodded and spoke silently to her son.

Ryia looked at all of us. She hugged everyone, me and Terrin the longest. "Take care of my sister, ok?" She asked. Terrin nodded. He had a few tears coming from his eyes. She hugged our parents. Then, she told them, "I'll be gone for a while. I want you to delay the wedding. I want to be there, and if it happens the date it's supposed to, I wont". Father nodded and said, we'll plan the wedding as soon as you get back. I promise, my dear". "What?! That's preposterous!" Laithen said.

We ignored him. Ryia faced me and gave me the biggest hug. I cried as she did. She cried too. "I don't usually cry, but I'm going to miss you, Alexandria. Your my sister, and I love you" Ryia said. "I love you too Ryia" I responded. After Ryia said goodbye to everyone else, she left with Leo and Azura for her training. I watched her go until I couldn't see her anymore.

Then, I went to my room and stood in the balcony. I watched the beautiful sunset. I wondered if Ryia was watching it too. How long would it be until I saw my sister again? Suddenly, someone walked onto the balcony and stood with me. It was Terrin. "Im going to miss her" Terrin said. "I am too" I responded. We stood there silently for a long time. "At least she's happy" I said.

"Alex, do you think that she even thought about how we felt about her leaving?" Terrin asked. I looked at him and said, "of course I do! She especially thought of you. She cares about you a lot, you know". "I know, but if she cared, why would she leave?" He asked. "Because, she needs her training. This is her life" I said. He sighed and looked out into the horizon. "Why do you call me Alex?" I asked. "Because, Alexandria is too long to say" he responded.

I laughed and said, "lazy ass". He laughed too. I could see why Ryia cared about Terrin. When he wasn't being a sarcastic know it all, he was a really nice guy. I could tell that he would become my friend sooner or later. "So what happens now? He asked. I sighed. "We go back to Talahan. We do our duty. That's that" I said. He looked at me and said, "I'll race you to dinner". "Your on!" I said. We ran down the hallways together.

After all that had happened, I was finally happy again. But now, all I had to do was wait. Wait for Ryia to come home. When she came back, I knew their would be war. Simon was still out there. But Ryia, Aaron, Terrin and I would find him. Yeah, we would find him. And we would destroy him.
