The Last Game - Alice in Borderland x Reader

"We are back" you shout as you push open the apartment door.

No reaction

"Hm, maybe they are not back yet." you take of your jacket to hang it on the coat rack. "I need to clean this thing soon." you say to yourself as you try to rub off some congealed blood.

"I'm going to try to turn on the barbecue." Chishiya says as he is walking towards the balcony with the barbecue in his hands.

You nod and you walk to the bedroom. You change into a simple comfy outfit and you throw your old clothes in a laundry basket.

As you walk onto the balcony, you see Chishiya busy with coal and some paper on fire. You pick up a green plastic garden chair and you put it next to the barbecue. You sit down and try to warm your hands by rubbing them together.

"Do you think that we have seasons here? It feels colder these days." you cuddle yourself in your warm sweater. "No, I've been here for months, when everyone disappeared it was early fall, so if there were seasons, it would probably be winter now. And the average temperature is too high to call it winter, so no." Chishiya replies, focused on the burning piece of paper in his hand. You nod

"Shall I help?" you ask as you take the flint and steel from the table.

"No it's fine." He tosses the burning paper into the barbecue with the other pieces of paper and coal. Slowly the fire starts to spread.

You get up and walk to the kitchen. You fill a large pan with rice and water and you put some pieces of meat on a plate. Usagi caught a rabbit during the hunt yesterday and you need to finish it soon, otherwise it is going to expire.

When you walk back to the balcony you hear the front door slam open and Arisu screaming: "FAST, CLEAR THE COUCH"

You run into the living room and see Usagi with several wounds all over her body. She is leaning on Arisu who doesn't have that much energy left either. He is struggling to keep himself and Usagi upright.

You sprint towards the couch and throw all the stuff on the floor. Chishiya also walked in and helps Arisu with laying Usagi down.

You feel that Arisu tries to stand straight while holding on to you, but his legs are starting to give up on him too. You put one of his arms around your shoulder and walk him to a chair where he can sit on.

"What the f*ck happend." Chishiya asks while inspecting Usagi's wounds.

"Give them some rest, they just got back." You reply slightly irritated as you run towards the kitchen to two glasses of water.

When you get back you see that Arisu sat up in his chair and stares at Usagi and Chishiya worriedly. You check up on Arisu's body and you see that he has a few scrapes and cuts on his arms, legs and face, and that his t-shirt is ripped at the bottom.

But that is nothing compared to Usagi. There is a deep cut in her left upper arm, which is still bleeding. Her elbows are scraped and the rest of her arms are full with bruises and little scraped parts. Her leggings are ripped and there are several blood spots created by the cut in her left calf. This cut is smaller than the one on her arm, but deeper.

"Is she going to be alright?" You ask while you give a glass of water to Arisu, and putting Usagi's glass on the coffee table.

Chishiya carefully passes the cuts with two fingers. Usagi flinches everytime he gets close to the cut. He sighs: "The cuts need to be stitched, and other the wounds disinfected, otherwise, various irritations may arise and that can cause her more trouble."

"And how exactly are you planning to do that? We don't even have bandages or painkillers." Arisu says. He walks up to the first aid kit that is located in the hallway of the apartment. "We used last roll of bandage a few days ago for the cut on my arm..."
