You and Arisu have been walking around town for half an hour now. Arisu leads the way because according to him he has a "good sense of direction". You just follow him and trust him on his word.

It feels strange walking around in the dark for such a long time period. Normally you walk around during day time to hunt, or at night time to look for a game arena. But that doesn't take long, you always find one after a few minutes.

What the people from The Beach used to say was true: the further you get from the city, the more run-down the streets are. Nature is even taking over.

"How much longer do we have to walk?" you whine because you feel that your legs are starting to hurt.

"Down this street, then left, then right, then left again and then it is located on the corner of the street." Arisu answers while he lights the street with his flashlight.

The two of you walk through one of the small shopping streets you can find all over Tokyo. More and more signboards and neon signs are on the ground or are half hanging from the building. Some shop windows are smashed.

You hear some glass crunching under your sneakers as the cold wind slashed against your skin. Chills from the cold feeling shoot through your body. You rub your hands along your upper arms to keep yourself warm. "I should have brought my coat, how stupid can I be."

"There it is." Arisu stops walking and points to the right. You follow his finger and you see a large white building with lots of windows. Arisu shines his flashlight along the white walls. The walls have turned a bit gray and the plants in the park next to the building are starting to grow like a ivy against one of the corners.

The flashlight stops at a sign with red letters:

東京都立広尾病院
(Tokyo Metropolitan Hiroo Hospital)

"Interesting" you say as you walk towards the building.

There is an ambulance that has fallen over on the parking lot. It has broken windows and a crack in one of the headlights. "What a nice place this is..." Arisu says sarcastically as you walk past the ambulance.

"We don't have time for this, we have to find an entrance." you start walking around the building. At first you find an exit of a garage, but it was closed with steel gates.

As you arrive on the other side of the building, you find the main entrance. And indeed, as Arisu predicted, the windows of the sliding doors has already been smashed. You step through the hole and enter the main hall.

Everything has been turned upside down. The waiting seats are on the floor everywhere. The reception chairs are thrown upside down. Computer screens are on the ground and tv screens are broken. It's like the two of you ended up in a hospital horror movie.

"Rough" you mutter. "Come on, we have to find that office." Arisu starts walking around the hall and you quickly follow him. Since you only have 1 flashlight, you have to stay together and look for a staircase that leads to the other floors.

And it is not as easy as it seems. The entire ground floor is a maze of corridors and rooms.

After 10 minutes of searching, you finally find a blue and white staircase with lots of windows. "What floor?" you ask as you start walking up the stairs. "Floor?" Arisu looks at you questioningly. "Yes, what floor is Chishiya's office on?"

You see Arisu's eyes widen. "I honestly have no idea..." you shake head, annoyed by your stupidity. "You can't be serious right now... Okay there is nothing else to do than to check every floor until we find it."
