Chapter Nine

KAMINA

As I walked towards our meeting place, I couldn't help but think about Itachi again...

What could he be doing now?

"Hey Kamina-chan!" Naruto greeted

I looked up and the sight of my team greeted me.

"Hello Blondie and Pinkie" I greeted

Naruto and Sakura gave me confused looks while I just turned my gaze to a bored looking Sasuke Uchiha.

"Looking good today, Raven" I greeted which he returned with a nod.

"Why don't you just call us by our names?" Sakura wondered

"Because that would be boring... I like calling you by your hair colors." I replied

Looking to my left, I saw Naruto tapping his foot impatiently. "Someone's impatient" I muttered causing him to snap his head towards me.

"Well he's the sensei! He should be right on time!" he objected causing me to slightly giggle.

As we waiting for our 'polite' sensei, I decided to mess with my teammates for a while.

"Hey guys! Let's play rock-paper-scissors!" I said causing all of them to give me confused looks.

"Why would you want to play that?" Sakura asked

"Just play with me!" I said.

They all sighed and extended their hands as we got ready for the match of rock-papper-scissors.

"Rock-papper-scissors!" we all chanted.

As we continued to play, they were oblivious to the fact that I made a shadow clone of myself and transformed it to look like a rogue ninja. My transformed shadow clone was currently hiding behind the trees.

"Gah! Why do I always lose?" Naruto complained

"Because you're a loser, baka" Sasuke said

"Who you calling a loser, teme?!" Naruto retorted.

"Don't scream at Sasuke, Naruto!" Sakura shouted

"Don't shout at Naruto, Sakura!" I also shouted as the cycle continued.

Just then, I ordered my shadow clone to attack and soon enough, a kunai flew past Sasuke and landed on the tree behind us. Sakura froze while Sasuke took a fighting stance and looked around. Naruto comforted Sakura while also looking around on a fighting stance. I decided to play along so I also went on a fighting stance.

Sasuke looked left, right, up and down while Naruto just kept his gaze forward. Soon enough, I ordered my clone to come out. A ninja wearing a sound ninja attire with a large shuriken in one hand and a kunai in the other came out of the trees.

"Who are you?! What do you want?!" Naruto asked

"I want that black-haired girl on your team" transformed clone said

I pretended to glare. "What do you want with me?" I asked

"You're chakra! Who wouldn't want that amazing chakra inside you" transformed clone said

"You'll never take her!" Naruto said as he charged forward.

"Naruto, you idiot!" Sasuke groaned but stayed in place.
