KAMINA

Okay, so people have done this surgery before and most of them failed… That gives me a great boost of confidence! (Notice my sarcasm)
Right now, I’m in some random library in the village with more than thirty books about nerves and chakra points in front of me. So far, I still have little knowledge as to what I should do about Lee’s surgery. There are still damages on Lee’s muscles and bones so I have books about those as well. So far, the chances of success in Lee’s surgery would be 36-64 in favor of his chances of failing… Huh, I can’t start Lee’s surgery with chances like that! I need to at least get it up to 50-50.
I continued to read and flip through the pages of random books… How is Sasuke doing? The thought suddenly came up in my head… Sasuke’s with Kakashi-sensei right now, training and preparing for the exams. Sensei said that he’ll train Sasuke from morning up to afternoon then he’ll train me from afternoon up to night time. I sighed as I closed the book I was currently reading. I should really focus on Lee for now. I took all of the books that were on my table and brought them to the counter.
“Um… Excuse me?” I called out to the lady on the counter; the librarian.
“Yes?”
“Could you please reserve these books for me? I really need to research and it’s really hard to find them again” I said
The lady gave me a warm smile before taking all of the books and placing them on a shelf behind the counter.
“It’s taken care of now. Just tell me your name so I can reserve the books for you, darling” she said
“Kamina Akiruta. Oh, and I would like to borrow this book for a while” I stated as I held up a black book about nerve cells.
She nodded as she wrote my name on a piece of paper and placed it on the shelf. I smiled and thanked her before exiting the library with the book in my hands. While reading and walking towards Konoha Hospital, I suddenly passed by a flower shop. I halted and decided to buy Lee some flowers for my visit. Once I entered the small flower shop, I was quite surprised to see a familiar bored girl on the counter.
“Ino?” I called making her snap her head up before she smiled.
“Oh, hi there, Kamina-chan!” she greeted
I walked up to the counter in front of her. “What are you doing here?” I asked
“Oh, my parents own this flower shop and they told me to watch over it for a while” she replied in a bored tone.
“Oh…um… I’m just here to buy some flowers” I said
“Really?! For who, Kamina-chan?!”
“For Lee, he’s still in the hospital so I wanted to visit him”
“Oh, okay, choose any flower that you want”
I nodded as I looked around the shop. I started to gather all sorts of flowers that look great together and when I was finally done, I went back to the counter.
“Here you go” I said as I handed the flowers to Ino
“Wow, Kamina, I never knew you were good at arranging flowers!” Ino complimented as she wrapped the flowers with a cute blue wrapper.
