Chapter Seven

KAMINA

I watched as Naruto boasted about how great he is because he finally graduated. I smiled at him when he walked towards me.

“You finally got the headband, huh?” I asked and he nodded excitedly before sitting down next to me.

“Yeah, I’m finally a genin!” Naruto shouted

“How did you get one?” I asked

Naruto thought about it for a minute before frowning. “You know Mizuki-sensei?” he asked

“Yeah, what about him?” I asked

“Well, last night he told me to get a scroll that will help me graduate. Turns out, the scroll consisted of Forbidden Jutsus and he only told me to get it because he wanted it for himself. I read the scroll and found this awesome jutsu called ‘Kage Bunshin no Jutsu’. I used that jutsu on Mizuki-sensei because he made me mad… I don’t want to talk about that anymore…because I’m a genin and I’m about to become Hokage!” Naruto screamed

My eyes widened. I knew there was something off about that man… Oh, and Naruto learned the Shadow Clone Jutsu! That’s already a Jonin leveled jutsu.

“That’s awesome, Naruto… You’ll surely be-“ I was interrupted when the door slammed open as two girls ran inside. I recognized one of the girls to be the blonde I had a sparring match with; Ino Yamanaka.

The other girl that ran inside the room had pink long hair. She looked around the room and her eyes stopped on Sasuke. The girl walked towards Sasuke and smiled. “May I sit with you, Sasuke-kun?” she asked sweetly.

Ino came up behind her and pulled her back. “I’ll be sitting with Sasuke, forehead! Besides, I got in the room first!” she said

“No way! I was here first!” the pinkette argued.

“I was here first! Everyone saw it!” Ino argued back

“I was here first too!” another girl from the crowd joined in and soon enough, it was a debate to see who got in the room first. Such a small thing to be fighting about.

Suddenly, Naruto got up from his seat beside me and jumped in front of Sasuke on his desk. Sasuke glared at Naruto while Naruto glared in return.

And then… well… Accidentally, someone stood up from behind Naruto causing the blonde boy to move forward and crash his lips with Sasuke. The two boys’ eyes widened with surprise and horror. I laughed a little. That was priceless, dude!

Naruto was yanked away from Sasuke by the pink-haired girl. “Naruto!” she said threateningly.

Before she can so much as harm Naruto, Iruka-sensei entered the room and demanded for all of us to settle down which everyone obeyed. The pink haired girl took this chance to sit by Sasuke while Naruto sat beside the pink-haired girl.

“Now that you’ve all graduated, I will announce your teams.” Iruka-sensei said.

Some of my classmates stared excitedly while some stared with an uninterested look…like me

“Team Seven… Naruto Uzumaki” Iruka-sensei said while I saw Naruto leaning forward on his desk like he was expecting something.

“Sakura Haruno” Naruto jumped up while the pink-haired girl beside him slammed her head on the desk.  I guess her name was Sakura.
