-[44] 16 Year Old Voldemort-

[Y/N POV]

''The very person I was most anxious to meet.'' Riddle said and Harry glared down and asked 

''Why did you want to meet me?'' Riddle looked at him up and down and said 

''I knew I had to talk to you, meet you if I could, so I decide to show you my capture of that Brainless oaf, Hagrid, to gain your trust.'' 

''Hagrid's our friend!'' I croaked out. Tom looked at me quite impressed.

 ''And you framed him didn't you?''

Harry asked making Riddle snap his head towards him. 

''It was my word against Hagrid's. Only Dumbledore seem to think he was innocent.'' Riddle replied.

 ''I'll bet Dumbledore saw right through you.'' Harry said smirking.

 ''He certainly kept an annoyingly close watch on me after that. I knew it wouldn't be safe to open the Chamber again while I was still at school, so I decided to leave behind my diary, preserving my 16 year old self in its pages, so that one day, I would be able to lead another to finish Salazar Slytherin's noble work.'' Riddle said impatiently. 

''Well you haven't finished it this time. In a few hours, the mandrake draught will be ready, and everyone who is petrified will be alright again.'' Harry argued. 

''Haven't I told you, killing mudbloods doesn't matter to me anymore. For many months now. My new target has been you, and this pretty girl right here.'' Riddle said pointing at me.

 ''How is it that a baby with no extraordinary magical talent was able to defeat the greatest wizard of all time? How did you escape with nothing but a scar while Lord Voldemort's powers were destroyed?'' Riddle yelled pointing the wand at Harry

 ''And you! How were you gifted with such powers which could take down the Lord himself.'' He said to me.

''Why do you care how I escaped? Why do you care about her powers? Voldemort was after your time.'' Harry said suspiciously.

''Voldemort is my past, present and future.'' Tom said smirking. He the pushed my aside and I fell on the cold ground. He raised the wand as he wrote his full name on thin air. 'Tom Marvolo Riddle' He then swished his hands and the letters began rearranging itself..

'I AM LORD VOLDERMORT'

I widened my eyes..

 ''You're Voldemort.'' Harry whispered. 

''Surely you didn't think I was going to keep my filthy Muggle father's name? No. I fashioned myself a new name, a name I knew one day wizards would fear to speak when I became the greatest sorceror in the world.'' Tom said proudly. 

''Albus Dumbledore is the greatest sorceror in the world!'' Harry yelled. 

''Dumbledore's been driven out of this castle by a mere memory of me.'' Riddle yelled back. 

''He'll never be gone, not as long as those who remain are loyal to him.'' Harry argued.

I then heard a birds cry as we turned to look at it. I saw Fawkes flying towards us and he dropped something in Harry's hands and flew away. He opened it and I saw it was the sorting hat. 

''So this is what Dumbledore sends his great defender, a songbird and an old hat.''

Tom mocks. I took all my strenght and lunged forward to atleast punch him, but he caught me. 

''You are still quite powerful though you are drained, little vamipre.'' I struggled in his grip 

''LEAVE ME!'' I shouted as Harry also yelled 

''LEAVE HER TOM!'' He then yanked me towards him as I bumped into his chest as he held me by my neck. I was trapped again. He then hissed in Paseltongue to call the beast out. I quickly closed my eyes as the giant serpent came out. I then heard it chasing someone and then....

SILENCE...
