''Oh loo' a' him. Loves the smell of the trees whe' the wind blows through them.'' Hagrid said looking devastated. 

''Why don't we just set him free?'' Harry asked. 

''Ah, they'd know i' was me and the' Dumbledore would ge' into trouble. He's coming down you know? Dumbledore Says he wan's to be with me whe' they....when it happens.'' Hagrid said with great effort. I sighed.

 ''We'll stay with you too Hagrid.'' I said.

''You'll do no such thing! Think I want to seeing somethin' like tha'? No, you just drink your tea and be off. Oh. Before you do Ron..'' Hagrid trailed off as he opened a box and took out a familiar rat out of it.

 ''Scabbers!'' Ron exclaimed. 

''Want to keep a closer eye on your pe's Ron.''

Hagrid said. 

''I think that means you owe someone an apology.'' Hermione said as I rolled my eyes. Here we go again.

 ''Right. Next time I see Crookshanks, I'll let him know.'' Ron retorted which made me laugh hard. 

''I meant me!'' Hermione yelled. Soon then the vasse that was on the table shattered. 

''Blimey! What was that?'' Hagrid exclaimed. I went near the broken vase and saw that there was a stone. I picked it up to examine it when Harry's voice distracted me. 

''Ouch!'' He exclaimed as another rock hit his head. He then turned and looked around but called Hagrid. 

''It's late. It's nearly dark. You shouldn't be here. If someone sees you ou'side the castle this time of nigh', you'll be in 'rouble, big 'rouble. Particularly you Harry.'' Hagrid said urgently. A second after there was a knock on the door.

 ''With you in a moment! Quick.''

Hagrid said the last part whispering. We all nodded and went towards the back door of Hagrid's house.

 ''Hagrid, It'll be alright. Hopefully.'' I said and looked at Hagrid one last time. He looked at us with a pained expression. Harry pulled me to the back door. Hermione opened the door as we all took a peak outside to see that there was Fudge, Dumbledore and the executioner. As soon as they entered the house, we made a run towards the castle. We hid behind some pumpkins. We all saw that Fudge had instructed the execution and Hagrid was devastated.

I feel so bad for him and Buckbeak...

Hermione's gasp brought me from my thoughts.

 ''What?'' Harry asked. 

''I thought I just saw...nevermind.'' Hermione trailed off. 

''Let's go.'' Ron said as we all ran up the hill and stood there. I stood beside Ron and Hermione and Harry were beside him. I saw them come out of the hut. I felt tears well up in my eyes. The executioner lifted his axe up and...
