[Y/N POV]

The rat man tried to escape but Remus and Black held him at the perfect time and shoved him backwards. 

''Remus? Sirius? My old friends!'' He exclaimed and tried to escape again but was pushed back. The rat looked around and spotted me and made way towards me.

 ''Y/N Snape. Y-your dad wouldn't let this happen to me, would he?'' He asked. I smirked.

 ''No. I don't think so. But I will, cause I'm not like him.''

I said. Pettigrew got to know he had no chance to convince me to save him. He then turned to Harry who was standig beside me. 

''Harry, look at you. You look so much like your father, like James. We were the best of friends, he and I...'' He started rambling but Black cut him off.

''How dare you speak to Harry! How dare you talk about James infront of him!'' he yelled as Pettigrew ducked under the piano.

 ''You sold James, Lily and M/N to Voldemort, didn't you?'' Remus asked. 

''I didn't mean to! The Dark Lord, you have no idea the weapons he possesses. Ask yourself Sirius! What whould you have done?'' Pettigrew lied. 

''I would've died! I would've dided rather than betray my friends!'' Black said without hesitation. Pettigrew took the chance and ducked under the piano and made for the exit. But Harry and I were quick enough to block him.

''Harry! James wouldn't have wanted me killed. Your dad would've spared me!'' he exclaimed as he held Harry. I shoved him back as the older men caught him.

 ''You should've have realized Peter, that if Voldemort didn't kill you then we would, together.'' Black said as they both pointed their wands at the rat. 

''No!'' Harry yelled. I looked at him shocked.

 ''Harry, this man is...'' Lupin trailed off but Harry picked it up.

 ''I know what he is. But we'll take him to the castle.'' ''Bless you boy. Bless you.'' Pettigrew said as he tried to hold Harry's leg.

 ''Get off! I said we'd take you to the castle. After that, the dementors can have you.'' Harry concluded as I smirked. The rat visibly gulped and whimpered.

Time Skip

''Sorry abou the bite. I recon that twinges a bit.'' Black said as we helped Ron out of the shrieking shack. 

''A bit? A bit!? You almost tore my leg off!'' Ron exclaimed. 

''Don't be a drama queen now, Ronny.'' I said and rolled my eyes. Ron gave me a side glare as Sirius chuckled.

''Now, I was going for the rat. Normally, I have a very sweet disposition as a dog. In fact, more than once, James suggested, that I make the change permanent. The tail, I could live with, bu the fleas-- they're murder.'' Black explained as we chuckled. A few seconds, and we got out of the Whomping Willow and carefully placed Ron on the ground. I saw that Black had went forward. 

''Just a minute.'' I said as I left to talk with him

''Um--Mr. Black?'' I called as he turned towards me. 

''Can I ask you some thing? Well if you don't mind of course.'' I said awkwardly. Black chuckled. 

''Come here. You are really like her, aren't you?'' He asked. 

''If I knew I would tell. A-and you were that dog who came to me near the black lake right? But why? I am your enemy's daughter. Why would you listen to me?'' I said as my voice trembled.
