-[45] It's A Memory-

[Y/N POV]

''Harry?'' I called out as I opened my eyes. I was still trapped in Tom's arms. 

''Harry?'' I called out a little louder.

 ''Looks like the job is done.'' Tom said smirking.

 ''NO!'' I yelled as I used my remaining strenght to punch Tom in the stomach. His grip loosened a little as I took this chance to escape. I ran in human speed because I could not feel the vampire in me. I ran as fast as I can but was trapped again by the same pair of strong hands gripping onto my waist. 

''Don't even think about it.'' Tom said as he turned me around and kissed me again..

DISGUSTING!

I again felt the energy drain out of my system but this time, much worse. He pulled away and I fell to the ground.

 ''Your too powerful for your own good.'' He said. My vision blurred but I did not fall into the dark. I need to help Harry. Soon then I heard footsteps running towards us. 

''Y/N/N!'' He came and hugged me. But then I heard the Basilisk crow again. Harry ran towards the other dirction and the Basilisk followed him there. I looked around desperately and then saw something shimmer from the sorting hat.

IT WAS A SWORD!

I silently crawled towards the hat making sure that Tom didn't notice. I grabbed the sword and yelled 

''HARRY!'' He came running towards me and took the sword from my hand and then faced the Basilisk again... The next few minutes went out in a blur... I then heard Tom scream

 ''NO!'' I looked up and saw the Basilisk collapse. I smirked. I crawled towards Ginny and shook her. I saw Harry come towards us but ended up falling over

 ''Harry'' I hoarsely whispered. 

''Remarkable isn't it? How quickly the venom of the Basilisk penetrates the body. I'd guess you have little more than a minute to live. You'll be with your dear mudblood mother soon, Harry.'' Tom said. Harry held my hand and touched Ginny's with another. 

''Funny..the damage a silly little book can do..especially in the hands of a silly little girl.'' Tom said. Harry looked at the book and took it out of off Ginny's hands and layed it on the ground. ''What are you doing?'' Tom asked a bit scared. I smirked as Harry stabbed the book with the Basilisk fang.

 ''NO!'' Tom screamed as ink started to pour out of the book. Harry started stabbing it more causing Riddle to crumble into pieces and fade away.

Soon then Ginny opened her eyes and got up. 

''Harry, Y/N, it was me. But I swear I didn't mean to, Riddle made me, and.. Harry you're hurt.'' she rambled while looking at Harry's wound. 

''Don't worry. Ginny, you need to get yourself out. Take Y/N with you. Follow the Chamber and you'll find Ron.'' Harry said as I shook my head. 

''NO! I'm not going anywhere without you!'' I croaked out. Then I heard Fawkes cry. He came flyig down and landed beside me. He was carrying a blood bag with him. He gave it to me as I thanked him. I opened the bag and drank it quickly. I felt all better and more energized. Harry smiled up at me then looked at Fawkes. 

''You were brilliant, Fawkes. I just wasn't quick enough.'' Harry said and I teared up. I never cry...

I shouldn't cry. It is weak..

Fawkes bent down and let some of his tears fall onto Harry's wound. It healed fast. Ginny widened her eyes as I chuckled.

 ''Of course. Phoenixes have healing powers. Thanks.'' Harry said.

 ''It's all right, Ginny. It's over.'' I said and she nodded. ''It's just a memory.''

Harry added. We then got up and left. I let Ginny go forward and then held Harry's hand to stop him. He turned around and looked at me confused. I then pulled him to a hug. I felt him tense a bit and heard his heart beating fast but all I could care was that my best friend was alright(besties forever...ya right) He hugged me back ad I whispered. 

''I thought I would loose you.''

 ''But you didn't'' Harry said. I pulled away and then we left the Chamber of Secrets

We LIVED!
