-[57] Boggarts-

[Y/N POV]

We all walked to the DADA class room as I saw there were no chairs or benches but there was a wardrobe at the center. We entered confused but the closet gave a jerk to which many students let out a gasp. 

''Intriguing, isn't it? Would anyone like to venture a guess as to what is inside?'' Professor Lupin asked us. 

''That's a boggart, that is.'' Dean answered.

 ''Very good, Mr. Thomas. Now can anybody tell me what a boggart looks like?'' Lupin asked again. 

''No one knows. Boggart are shape-shifters. they take the same of whatever a particular person fears that most. That's what makes them so..'' Hermione answered standing beside me. 

''When did she get here?'' Ron asked as I just shrugged. 

''..so terrifying. Yes, yes. Luckily, a very simple charm exists to repel a boggart. Let's practice it now. Uh, with out wands please.'' Lupin said.

 ''After me: Riddikulus!'' He chanted and we chanted the same. 

''Ver good. A little louder and very clear. Riddikulus!'' Lupin said again. We all chanted another time a little louder this time.

 ''This class is ridiculous.'' I heard Malfoy mutter.

 ''Sounds like your existence.''

I muttered back.

 ''Very good! Well, so much for the easy part. You see, the incantation alone is not enough. What really finishes a boggart is laughter. You need to force it to assume a shape you find truly amusing.'' Lupin explained but I felt someone glare daggers at the back of my head. I turned around to see Blondie and his goons glaring at me. Well, Blondie's was pretty playfull but his goon's was real. I smirked and turned back to see that Lupin had called Neville to the front to demonstrate the activity. 

''Neville, what frightens you most of all?'' the professor asked as he muttered something which made me smirk.

 ''Sorry?'' Lupin asked as he said it out loud

 ''Professor Snape.'' Many laughed but half of the class turned towards me. I rolled my eyes and looked in front.

 ''Yes. He frightens all. And I believe you live with your grandmother.''Lupin chuckled and said. 

''Y-yes but I don't want it to turn into her either.'' Neville said frightened.

 ''No. It won't. I want to to picture her clothes--only her clothes. In your mind.'' Lupin instructed and Neville began rambling but he cut him off by saying

 ''We don't need to hear that. As long as you see it, we'll see it. Now when I open that wardrobe, here's what I want you to do.'' Lupin said and whispered something in his ear which made me laugh.

 ''What's so funny Y/N/N?'' Ron asked. 

''You'll see.'' I said as I bit my lip to contain my laughter back.

''Wand at the ready. One...two..three.'' Lupin said as the door opened to reveal Severus. I had to choke my laughter because this was going to be good. The greasy haired man looked very intimidating. 

''R-riddikulus!'' Nevillie shouted and the boggart-Severus' clothes changed into what I presume, Neville's grandmother wears. I couldn't contain my laughter as I burst out. I saw everyone laughing too. 

''Wonderful, Neville, wonderful! Okay. To the back, Neville. Everybody form a line.'' Lupin instructed as we did. Malfoy's goons kept pushing us so a shot my eyes red and they stopped. Ron was the first in line.

 ''First, Ron! Concentrate..face your fear.'' Lupin instructed as the boggart that was Severus turned into a..

Clack!

A gaint acromantula. Ron wimpered but took out his wand and then shouted

 ''Riddikulus!'' the spider was now on roller skates and sliding on the ground not being able to move. I smirked. Ron gave a fist bump to me as he made to the side of the classroom. 

''Parvati next!'' Lupin exclaimed.

Clack! Clack!

A giant sepent was standing infront of her. She gulped but pointed her wand at the snake and chanted the spell, turning the boggart into a jack in the box. 

''Brilliant! Next! Y/N. Step up!'' Lupin said as I stood infront of the boggart.

Clack! Clack! Clack!

It kept on changing but then stopped. It revealed me. But I was not myself. I had full on glowing red eyes and an evil smirk. My fangs were out and my hair was tangled. I stared at it as It smirked back in return. It then saw something behind my back. I turned around to see that it was looking at Ron. Before I could react it was about to pounce on Ron but I shouted 

''RIDDIKULUS!'' and the boggart turned into a bouncey ball. The classroom was silent but then people started laughing. Ron, Hermione and Harry looked at me worried.

 ''Next! Harry!'' Lupin called out. As Harry stepped up and I ran to Ron and jumped on him, hugging him like a koala. Hermione told me about that animal.

''I'm so sorry Ronny. I-I--Oh no..W-what would have happened..'' I stuttered out as I buried my head in his neck. I felf two arms wrap around me and another arm play with my hair. 

''Shh..It's ok Y/N/N. I'm alive. But bloody hell! You were mental as a boggart!'' Ron exclaimed as I hit his chest lightly. He chuckled as I pulled away and Hermione pulled me into a hug. 

''It's ok Y/N/N. It was just a boggart.'' she whispered as we pulled away.

I had the most bestest friends I could've asked for...

So.... Y/N's boggart is her vampire self.... It will make sense when I will explain the story of why she is scared of this in the next year or the other....just bear with me...
