"I don't, I don't understand" Peeta says

"Okay... You two come and sit down and I'll explain everything" Jennette says.
As we take our seats

"Okay. When you were 1 1/2, Mom used to abuse me since I didn't know how to bake and I always had a love for doing hair... I always got the hit on the back with a rolling pin at the age of 5! Tommy(a.n
Peeta's older brother) would try and stop mom but it was no use... But when mom almost took it to the next level and was about to drown me, Dad sent me off to live with Aunt Catherine in District 6 . Tommy and David never knew what happened to me but they kept their mouths shut. They thought I went away to school to learn how to cook. Mom thought dad sent me there too.. Peeta, you were the last one I said goodbye too... You wrapped you small finger around mine and kissed my cheek. All three of you were the brothers I wish I kept in touch with... I loved you to the top and mom took that away.... So there you have it. I'm your sister"

No words.. Me nor Peeta had anything to say. But after a minute, I see Peeta getting up to go hug his long lost sister. It did in deed touch my heart knowing somewhat of Peeta's family is still alive and who loves him dearly.

"Peeta, how's everyone?"

Peeta's tearing up before saying" they died in the bombing of twelve"

Now Jennette is the one to tear up and goes to hug Peeta again.

After everyone is settled down and Peeta explains everything to her(the rebellion his hijacking and ofcourse, me and him)

"So this beautiful girl is gonna be my new sister in law? And I'm gonna be an aunt!"

"Yes and we would love it for you to come to the wedding and even be one of my bridesmaids"

"I would love to!" She says standing up and comes to hug me

"May I bring my boyfriend though?" Just like every Mellark(besides Peeta's mother), Jen has a kind loving heart

"Of course Jen! I'd love to meet him!" Peeta says "he better treat you like the lady you are"

"And he does, he's did that since the 7th grade" she says

"Wow! Now that's what I call love at first site!"I say

"Like me and you?" Peeta asks

"Yes... Forever and always" I say before kissing him on his cheek.

"So what's this lucky mans name?" I ask

"Nick" She says making her smile

"Well we can't wait to meet Nick" I say

"I hope you guys like him cause he's my fiancé." She says making her blush again

"How exciting! When's the wedding?"

"June 4th" she says

"Not that long to go!" Peeta says

"I know ! I can't wait! When's your wedding?" She asks

"In 8 days!" Peeta says

"I can't wait" she says

"Well do you guys wanna get some coffee?" She asks

"Well I can't drink coffee since of the baby but how about tea?"

"Tea's fine" Peeta says

"Just no sugar" they both say at the same time making all three of us smile

I'm happy for Peeta. Happy he found a family member of his whose still alive and who cares about him a lot.
